LUXORI HAIR SALON - PREMIER HAIR SALON and MAKE UP STUDIO

I’ve been coming to LUXORI salon since I moved to Indianapolis years ago and I needed to find myself a new salon in a new place. I found this salon and chose it because it had hours that could fit into my busy schedule at the time, and I met Raven who did my hair for my first appointment here and she did an AMAZING job. I’ve been loyal to her ever since and have kept coming back to her every time. She has never once disappointed me and exceeds every expectation and happily goes with every change I make with my hair and consults me through it. I have recommended her to many friends who have gone to her as well and who also love her work every time. I’m glad I found a salon I love and a stylist who cares about making her clients feel confident and happy. Forever recommending LUXORI and Raven for any and all hair needs!

i hate to be writing this review. i have been coming to LUXORI for almost 5 years. when i moved to indianapolis i found the salon and they have always done wonderful work so i continued to come back. unfortunately my most recent experience was not one that i will keep be as a returning client. i came in with purple hair (yes intense but i was told all would be fine as we were just going to cover it up with a black color anyways). i had a treatment done and a demi perm dye put on my head, i also purchased the products i was informed were necessary to preserve the color. during my appointment it was very clear to me that my hair stylist very clearly did not like the haircut i wanted (this was expressed verbally) nor did she even know how to do it. i was just asked for medium length layers fringe style. whilst she cut my hair my partner had to point out numerous parts that were not correct or that i had expressed i wanted changed and she didn’t because it was the back of my head — i guess in hopes i wouldn’t notice. after my appointment was when i was quickly noticed that my hair looked awful. the color was peeking through the cut was uneven and i was overall very unsatisfied. regardless i paid the $440$ with a 20% tip and went about my way. within a week the color had almost completely faded away and i was stuck with the ugliest hair i’ve ever seen. it was uneven and patchy. it was not worth what i paid. when i asked about having it fixed up i was told i could pay another $200 for her to “fix” it. i refused that offer because with what i had already paid and the service i received it didn’t feel like it was worth the risk.

Rena is so fantastic! Felt absolutely cared for from the minute I walked in until I left. Got a new hair color, cut and blowout - so happy with it, and my hair feels so soft and healthy! And Rena had extra pre-work to do on my hair... I had a lot of box dye in my past!! But she was so reassuring that I didn't feel anxious about the process! Also got my nails done with Vi, powder dip and cateye polish, love the results! Overall I love this salon and will definitely be back!

Incredible experience! The salon is beautiful and classy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hair washing chair was super comfy and no neck strain. Raven was my stylist, she genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and happy for my outcome. I took her advice (great decision) and I love my hair! It is just the refresher I needed. I appreciate the time she took to hear my wants and explain how I could accomplish that but she was honest to and didn't try to sugar coat which I needed. She walked me through everything, I am so happy I found her and Luxori.

Literally the cutest balayage of my life, Perry did an amazing job and I was super happy with it!! The chairs at the washing station recline and I’ve never experienced something like that at a salon ever it literally changed my life. As someone who’s not from here and found Luxori on apple maps, I am so glad I decided to go here for my balayage! Got so many compliments on it at work :)
