Do not buy any products from this spa, as you can only return the very expensive products for store credit, even if they sold you the wrong product. Their policy is printed at the bottom of the receipt, in vague wording, so if you are reading it, too late. You are hooked. Furthermore, be very specific with your facial person exactly what they are doing. I booked an express microderm, and asked the person administering it if i could do an add-on, and asked her to explain them to me. She was very vague, stating that she wasn't sure what would be best for me. After 40 minutes, she checked me out, charging me for an hour-long session, not as I had requested. I should have questioned them at the time, but she was busy trying to sell me another session so I wasn't really paying attention. Now I have no product, am out $140 that I have to use "in-store", and no way to contact ANYONE in the spa who has any customer service for the company. Extremely disappointed in the entire process.

Erica was so accommodating and intuitive. She worked deeply into my right shoulder where I’ve been carrying tension, while being completely respectful of my recently operated shoulder. It’s rare to find someone who can be that targeted and that thoughtful at the same time. I felt real relief—and real care.

Perfect bikini wax experience. My technician was efficient, minimizing the number of pulls and strong so each pull was quick and productive. Great bedside manner without being too chatty or nosy. Also accommodated my disability gracefully so it didn’t feel like an inconvenience.

I booked a 60 minute prenatal massage with Katie and had the most amazing experience. At the beginning, she walked me through how we would approach the transitions and double checked that I was comfortable with the products she was using. The massage itself was bliss and she was extremely attentive and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. I've already booked my next prenatal with her. Massage aside, I love what LumiVita has done with the space to rebrand from the previous business (Natural Body). The reception area and treatment rooms have been refreshed and feel modern (in a great way), and I love that they've shifted their product offering to focus on Skin Ceuticals and Eminence. It's the same team as before, same reasonable prices (the best in ATL for the service imo), and most importantly it's the same attention to detail and care.

I was in a rear end collision and been stricken with tightness in my back and neck like you wouldn’t believe. I went here and 🌟Katie🌟 is a magical Human! I was deterred when I seen her little build, but when I tell you her deep tissue massage felt like I was getting rubbed by an Olympian. I was quiet but felt like letting out noises of relief, but I’m a Man that can’t let myself do it! I left there feeling like I could take over the world. I definitely recommend this spa over Massage Envy.The facility was designed with top notch opulence, and made me feel comfortable. I went to get an IV therapy right after and that sealed the deal. It’s the best or nothing for me, let that be your philosophy as well.
