Local Roofing & Construction

We had a long standing issue with water getting into our homes basement walk in crawlspace. After 4 or 5 quotes, we settled on Local Roofing and Construction because they simply brought more to the table than all of the other folks we spoke with. We needed additional gutters and a foundation French drain to evacuate the rain water for away from the house. The project manager Jose is super knowledgable, he is friendly, easy to talk to and never once pressured us or tried to upsell anything. Jose involved us in the process every step of the way and used our suggestions when they were appropriate. The work is now complete and we could not be happier. The men that did the work have my utmost respect, some of the hardest working guys I have seen and they knew what they were doing. The job was done on schedule, on time and on budget. The work quality is top notch! Do yourself a favor and hire Local Roofing and Construction for all of your home needs. They will be my go to crew for any future work.

We used Local Roofing and Construction after a severe flood occurred in our home of March 2024. Although the manager/owner were nice people that allowed us to use their humidifiers for free and had good floor installation, there were multiple cons. Cons: stated the job would take 5-7 business days, but ended up being 16 business days. ( Started 3/27/24 Ended 4/18/24) - My fiancé and I picked out a floor type, and they installed a completely different floor type all through out the house. When I told them about it, they stated " it's the right floor, it just needs to be polished". Once polished, it was in fact not the correct floor type. ( Was only given a ~$225 discount ) -Was told the house was done multiple times and ready for a walk through when it obviously was not -Did a walk through 4/11/24 with the owner(Chris) and he was amazed at the bad quality of work. Direct quote was "this is terrible and there is no way they are done". -Paint job appeared rushed with too many blemishes and eyesores to list -Were told we wouldn't be able to tell the difference in where the drywall was cut for flood cuts after the job was done, but anyone could clearly see the difference when completed -Was told that subcontractors would show up on a Saturday to finish the job quicker.... they never showed up - Was then given an excuse on why they never showed up, and said they'd come for sure Monday.... they never showed up -There was a clear lack of manager oversight of subcontractors work. We were told they had workers quit on the job. We did not have the best experience with this company which was shocking to us because they obviously do great work by all the other great reviews.

We recently used Local Roofing and Construction to rebuild our mailbox after it was hit by a car. Everyone we dealt with from Julianne the office manager to Asher their project manager was very professional and helpful. We had a different style of mailbox that included glass blocks and wanted to go back with the same look. The brick masons did a great job matching the brick and rebuilding the new one that looked pretty much the same as the one that was demolished. Great job and a great crew. I would definitely recommend Local Roofing and Construction and use them again in the future.

Chris and Julianne are amazing! They made our roof repair and gutter repair process extremely easy. They handled everything with our insurance, making this process even easier on my end. Their workers are kind, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company for all of your roofing and construction needs!

Chris and his team have always done an amazing job on our house. From bathroom remodels to fence and deck work and everything in between. Highly recommend!
