We had windows replaced.The 2 gentlemen who installed them were great! They worked on them in the coldess week we had in January. They did a great job answering my questions and showing me how to properly take care of cleaning them.I would highly recommend them.Quality products and workmanship.

Had 4 companies quote on re-siding my home. I picked Siding Unlimited. Not on price but on the small details they provide that differed from the others. Salesperson Dayton, was fun to joust with and his presentation was awesome. The install crew were fast, efficient and masters of their craft. Had some issues that needed resolved and they were. The deep freeze during install caused completion delays but understandable. Recommended? HELL YES!! Mike Nasinnyk

We are new to Waukesha and needed to purchase 2 new exterior doors for our home. We saw the television commercials for Siding Unlimited, and it seemed like a good company. We purchased the doors from them, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Mark Steffke, in sales, was great to work with. He explained all of our options in detail. Josh and Roger were incredible installers. This is a very professional well-run company. We were so impressed that we have already contracted to have a major landscape project done in the spring with their sister company, Outdoor Living Unlimited. I highly recommend Siding Unlimited.

I had my picture window installed today and WOW! Chris and Jake handled the install beautifully- from setup to clean up. Just excellent. The window looks spectacular. Their finish work is top notch! Brian was so great coming to give us our quote and Rosita answered all my questions regarding the ordering and installation process. 10/10 recommend.

First project- bad communication from salesperson who was fired or quit. Work quality was decent but details like caulking gaps made me worried, but they said they would come back to fix and they did. Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive, and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. No call to tell me it was delayed! Install went well until I noticed the poor quality wood they used for the bay window frame (huge gouges in the wood) and crack in corner of the bay window. Salesperson was totally disengaged and did not follow up as I would expect. Absolutely horrible customer severs, only one person has the answers and they are not easy to get a hold of. Attempted to take the window screen off the garage window for winter I then noticed that the installer had caulked my window screen to the window frame. This was extremely alarming as this is very basic to do and to understand that caulk doesn't belong there. I asked to speak with the owners multiple times and finally called me in December and I had to explain everything to him and he didn't even have my file in front of him. I negotiated and they only would offer a discount if I signed an Non-disclosure agreement, very sketchy practice. This is how they maintain a good review/rating! This has been a extremely disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer who didn't' have best experience the first time. Lesson learned! I will not be reaching out to them for my future big money projects like the siding and roofing of my home and neither should you! They should hire more customer service people and skilled installers and stop spending their company money on the annoying TV adds. They do not care about you as the customer and this experience has proved it to me! Stay away from this horrible business! I wish I had!
