HORRIBLE PLACE! Awful careless people. Teachers do not follow daycare protocol & higher directors don't do anything when parents reach out about concerns. They speak to the parents yes, but never do anything about the issue. Zero recommended.

By far the worse daycare I’ve ever had to deal with. My child would constantly get hurt and teachers not just wouldn’t report it but also NEVER KNEW how my 1 yr old got hurt. When I’d ask what happened they just looked at each other clueless . How is there 2-3 teachers in the room and not one knows how a little baby got hurt on their face ?.. Teachers working in this facility are only there for their paychecks, you can tell they don’t care to teach or care for these children. You would walk into the classroom and some , not all, but a lot of them just had a stank face & didn’t even look like they wanted to be there . If you know a child is a messy eater I think it would make sense to put a bib in them , why am I picking up my daughter in other clothes EVERYDAY. These people working here are LAZY & CARELESS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

Little Sprouts South End is fantastic! The teachers are amazing, hands on and help make sure kids are learning. I love the school not just for its great academic approach but the administration is wonderful, facilities are clean and kids look forward to going to school

From Day one it’s been a great experience. First time mom with a shy daughter I was filled with anxiety . My baby has shined and excelled and she has broken out of her shyness bombing with personality, learning the things needed. Worried for the school year but I know she walking outta little sprouts with the tools she need to excel in kindergarten ❤️

Little Sprouts in Boston South End has been a bless for our family. We have just moved from France and I was anxious about how my daughter will adapt to her new school without speaking English. I was totally amazed, even if she doesn't understand, since the first day at school she was happy at the end of the day when I picked her up. Every single teacher has been wonderful, as well as all the management team introducing to my kid some teachers that speaks French and Spanish to try to understand her. I really appreciate all the support to integrate her, always in a respectful, friendly, and very caring manner. We are confident of our daughter's education and well-being. I'm really happy to be part of the Little Sprouts family!
