Teacher Joah is great! Highly recommend. Our son learns so much, and the environment is so welcoming and fun he runs in the door and hardly says goodbye.

Little Birds was truly an amazing experience. It was a warm and welcoming environment with the best teachers and families we could have asked for! Our kids still miss it. It was the perfect environment for 2-4 year olds to grow and learn and they did such fun projects! The staff was both professional and easy going. Looking back, we would have made exactly the same choices to enroll our kids in Little Birds. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local Seattle area preschool to send their kids.

I can't recommend Little Birds highly enough. Our son started in the twos program and stayed through preschool. The teachers were so warm and nurturing, they gave our shy little guy the confidence he needed to come out of his shell. It was everything we could've hoped for in his first school experience, and we still miss it!

Joah and crew were amazing. We've had both our boys there and the friendships they made are priceless. Easy pickups and drops, great learning activities and all around great teaching. The boys still ask regularly to invite Miss Joah and Miss Deslyn to their parties.

Our son attended Little Birds Preschool for two wonderful years, and we truly can’t say enough good things about it. From day one, it was clear that this was a warm, nurturing, and thoughtfully structured environment—exactly what our introverted little guy needed to feel safe, seen, and supported. The small class size allowed for deeply individualized care, and Teachers Deslyn and Joah are nothing short of gems. They build authentic, trusting relationships not only with the children but with families as well. Their approach is warm, positive, and developmentally attuned, and it helped our son grow both socially and academically in ways that felt natural and empowering. The community at Little Birds is something special too—the families we met there have become some of our closest friends. It’s the kind of place where your child isn’t just a name on a roster; they’re known, loved, and celebrated. Little Birds also laid a strong pre-academic foundation that prepared our son beautifully for the transition to kindergarten. We’ll always be grateful for the gentle, joyful start to his school journey. Highly recommend!
