I had a pedicure done and the lady was an older and only massaged my feet for minimum 40 seconds, I swear the nail salons by my house massage for way longer. Also took long to pay, though they were nice I feel as tho it was not the spa experience advertised.

The spa is beautiful and serene. They offer you a glass of sparkling rose and give a tour of the facilities. I got a 50 minute facial, and it felt nice- masks, extractions, cleansers, hand massages and feet warmers. My skin looked great afterwards, but I was surprised that they do not offer all of the add-ons other spas offer (microdermabrasion and laser treatments). Other luxury spas in hotels in the area have a wider selection of add-ons. It was not a negative experience in the least, but for $210 (including gratuity), I would have liked some additional services. Also, the women’s changing room only has a couple of bathroom stalls and not a lot in the way of showering supplies.

What a beautiful, serene and wonderful experience with Arya, the massage therapist at La Spa at the Warwick hotel. Arya was one of the most skilled therapists, confident and appreciative in her approach to deep tissue massage-was worth every minute and I am so grateful to her. The spa setting was incredible- clean, fresh, unpretentious and welcoming- and was extraordinary in every way. Do not hesitate- book an appointment and enjoy the glory.

Thee Viron Roe at Le Spa was absolutely amazing. He is an amazing hair stylist with a great personality!! We booked him for a second event for the weekend because it was such a breeze and loved the way my hair turned out On our second day, it was for a baby shower for a cousin. He knew what the vision we had for the brunch. Thee once again, stunned us with his amazing skills. He didn’t disappoint one bit, kept the conversations flowing, all while doing our hair.

I had a great experience at Le Spa. The level of customer service was incredible, everyone was very attentive and thoughtful. The relaxation area was so nice to enjoy between treatments. The women's "locker room" was gorgeous and had plenty of amenities if needed. My haircut with Thee Viron Roe was amazing, he nailed it completely. and my facial with Maria was so relaxing and just what I needed. The price point for the services is more than a stand alone spa, but you absolutely get what you pay for here.
