Absolutely loved my experience at Lady Neptune! Syd did my hair and absolutely nailed it. We did a shag haircut with a blonde/dark brown split dye and the cutest raccoon tail piece, and I’m genuinely obsessed with how it turned out. They were so fun, friendly, and easy to talk to, and clearly incredibly talented with creative color and cuts. The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and very queer-friendly. You can really feel that it’s a woman-owned space where people are encouraged to be themselves. I haven’t loved my hair this much in years. Lady Neptune is amazing! After 4-5 years of having short haircuts from other salons that *almost* looked great, I came in and they gave me a new style that actually WAS perfect! During my first visit, my stylist Alex worked with me to help me find a short haircut that worked with my face shape, hair texture, and regular drying/styling routine. The consultation was super in depth, and they even helped me learn new things about my hair! The studio is also SUPER cute — it has a really friendly pop aesthetic that immediately makes you feel welcome when you step in. Lady Neptune is now the best salon in my book, and definitely one of the best salons in Seattle. I’m destined to be a regular here from now on!

Cassidy was an absolute dream! 💕 Lovely person with a very welcoming and kind energy who absolutely NAILED the vision I had for my hair. I’ve known my hair has texture for a while, but I’ve never had a haircut that properly compliments it until today! She understood exactly what I was looking for and executed it perfectly 🥹 Hell, I’m excited to go to work tomorrow just to show off my new do to all my coworkers 🤭 (before and after pics included so you can see how shabby my hair was before, and how perfect it is now!)

Lily is literally the sweetest!! She was very gentle and she made sure i was comfortable with every color we chose! My hair turned out the cutest and before i left she gave me a big full of gifts! Every product she gifted me was absolutely amazing! Definitely going back soon ♥️and btw she took these amazing pictures!

I’ve been coming to Lady Neptune and seeing Michelle for almost 2 years now, and as you can see, I’ve asked for a lot and I’ve never left disappointed. I’ve never felt more beautiful or more myself than every time I’ve left the salon. Michelle is beyond talented at what she does, and always makes my hair dreams come true, no matter how wild. The salon is also so welcoming and warm, beautifully decorated, and filled with the kindest artists you could hope to find. Could not recommend Michelle or Lady Neptune enough to anyone and everyone!
