Kiddie Academy of Louisville-East

I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but the facility and overall experience at Kiddie Academy truly warrant exceptional feedback. We enrolled our toddler here about five months ago after transitioning from a different childcare center. What initially impressed us wasn’t just the beautiful, clean, and modern facility, but the honesty and professionalism of the director (Ms.Krystal), the clear evidence of children’s artwork, play, and learning throughout the building, and most importantly the genuine feeling of joy. Throughout our time here, we’ve been consistently impressed with the communication and care provided by both the teachers (Ms. Jordan, Ms. Sophie, Ms. Kya) and the director. We’ve watched our child truly blossom and gain confidence. He eagerly tells us in the morning he’s ready to go to daycare to see his teachers and classmates. When we arrive, he excitedly runs straight to his classroom. At pickup, we’re always greeted by a smiling face and a happy, silly personality…clear signs of a day well spent. When challenges arise, the staff handles them with professionalism, transparency, and thoughtful communication. As parents, we know how difficult it can be to choose a childcare center. Having the peace of mind that our child is in a safe, consistent, and loving environment, one where he’s encouraged to express himself, has been invaluable. While this daycare may not be the least expensive option in the city, it is very comparable to other local centers, and the quality of care and experience make it well worth it.

Todd and Brenda and staff are excellent! They went above and beyond for our daughter for over two years and were always accommodating even when it wasn't the most convenient timing. I would recommend their KA location to anyone that is wanting to send their child somewhere that truly cares about the childs well-being and development!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kiddie Academy! The teachers and staff are incredible—they not only care for the children with patience and love but also support parents in such meaningful ways. It’s clear how much thought, energy, and expertise they put into creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. Hudson has grown so much here, and the team has been wonderfully patient and understanding as he’s worked through different developmental milestones. Knowing he’s surrounded by people who truly care about his progress and well-being gives us so much peace of mind. We are so grateful for Kiddie Academy and highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their child will be supported, encouraged, and truly seen. So many people to shoutout but I’m so appreciated of Brenda the Director, Ms. Krystal, Ms. Fran, Ms. Mercedes, & Ms. Trudi!

Our son has attended Kiddie Academy for 5 months now (starting at 4 months) and we’ve been incredibly happy with our experience! From the owner, to director, front desk admins, and his infant teachers - they all very quickly knew him by name, saying hello and goodbye in the hallway anytime they saw him. The infant teachers have taken great care of him and are always comforted knowing we’re dropping him off with folks that will not only take great care of him, but also enjoy watching him grow/develop. Miss Katelyn has been in the infant room since he started and we absolutely love her and our son does even more! She genuinely greets him with a smile every single day and we are so thankful for her. As with all daycares, there have been changes in staff at times but they do a great job of being transparent and the new staff quickly learns our son’s routine. Thanks to all those at Kiddie Academy that have given us peace of mind and helped our son reach new milestones!

We’ve been very pleased with choosing Kiddie Academy as our preschool. We love how comprehensive the curriculum is, how much fun our child has with her daily activities, and the kindness that is shown every day from her teachers. Hands down the best place I have found for my kiddo! Thankful for all they do to keep our child happy, supported and loved.
