Kiddie Academy of Little Rock

We are so happy to have found Kiddie Academy! I was so nervous about putting our infant son in daycare, but he has absolutely thrived here. His teachers are so skilled, caring, and attentive--we love the photos they send throughout the day! Ms. Sara is full of advice for how we can help him meet milestones, sleep better, get better at eating solids, etc. We feel such peace of mind leaving him in Kiddie Academy's care and would highly recommend!

Kiddie Academy of Little Rock offers a warm and nurturing environment for children, with a strong focus on early childhood development and learning. The facility is well-maintained, the staff is caring and professional, and parents appreciate the academy’s commitment to safety, creativity, and structured educational activities that help kids grow academically and socially.

I was highly interested in putting my child here, but when I called to ask about what they offer the lady on the other end put me on hold 3 different times. She the stated that she wasn’t able to tell me and she was busy eating lunch at the moment. I then asked who the owner was so I could reach out to her (to get more info she didn’t know) and she refused to give me the owners name and rudely hung up the phone. This ruined it for us.

After 6 years of taking my children here this facility is still the place we love to go to. It’s not just a great daycare but a Wonderful facility for those working parents who need somewhere for their elementary kids to go near the Holidays. From the moment you walk in and you are welcomed by their staff you know your child is in good hands and is going to have fun day with learning too! A side note- my kids love the food!! Nutritious and delicious food!!!! We are so pleased with Kiddie Academy and the staff. The owner of the facility is the reason we choose the school, Ms. Abbey. She is attentive towards everyone’s needs. She cares about all the children at the school and the families they belong to. She treats her staff like an extension of her family. For all the Mom’s like myself who worry... they have cameras! You can watch your kids when you want, and you will see they are in great care. They serve the kids healthy meals and snacks. My twins love the activities at the school... they do arts and crafts, learn curriculum, dance, outdoor water activities, and play on the playground. If you want your mind to be at ease, this is the school for your kiddos.

Initially, my son’s experience at the school was positive. However, over time, several concerning issues arose that made it clear the environment was not suitable. My son frequently came home with his legs covered in insect bites from outdoor play. Additionally, when the facility experienced pipe bursts and had to close, there was no contingency plan in place for the children’s care. I had to miss several weeks of work as a result. The director assured me that I would be notified when the facility reopened, but despite multiple emails and Zoom calls, we, along with other parents, received no communication regarding the reopening. It became evident that the director prioritized financial concerns over the well-being of the children and the communication with parents. Furthermore, the facility consistently fails to respond to emails, making it difficult for parents to stay informed.
