He was knowledgeable, reliable, detail-oriented, and provided over-the-top customer service. It's rare these days to find someone like him! My neighborhood trusts David, and everyone has had the same wonderful experience. If anyone asks me who I would use again and again and highly recommend, it's him!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service throughout especially after the big snow storm we had recently. While not being sure at first, my interactions with the company put away any concerns I had. I was very impressed with the free inspection and follow-up report I received including the photos and advice given. With the great service I received, I am sure I will be using them in the future should I need them. I recommend using this company!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re deeply grateful to *Kaiser Siding and Roofing, LLC* for the outstanding job they did on our new *Owens Corning Duration* roof. We searched the OC website to find a “Platinum Preferred” contractor. Of the PPCs we sought quotes from, Kaiser Company Rep 👍Charlie Ellis👍 won us over. From our very first meeting — throughout the build itself , Charlie patiently walked us through roofing options most homeowners rarely know anything about. During the build, Charlie gave us daily updates and was always available to answer questions or sort out any concerns. As a matter of fact , EVERY Kaiser team member we encountered made us feel confident and cared for. The crew treated our home as if it were their own, and the finished roof is picture-perfect. Charlie and the entire Kaiser build crew made the 4 day process relatively stress-free, despite involving a complicated high pitch roof build, roof deck replacements, a change, the most masterful flashing work I’ve ever seen, and then equally masterful soffit and facia repairs. Finally, MANY sweeps of the yard were made to clear nails and trash. We simply could not have asked for a better experience! Because of our phenomenal experience, we GLADLY recommend Kaiser to any neighbor or friend in Charlotte. It’s rare to find a company that combines exceptional skill with genuine kindness and a true commitment to going above and beyond. Kaiser Siding and Roofing is one of them. They will be our GO-TO choice for all our future roofing needs.

Zach Setzer knocked on our door several months ago asking if we would like a free roof inspection. He had just been hired by Kaiser. Fast forward to last Thursday and we have a beautiful new roof! Zach, Jackson other team members worked with our insurance company and got a full replacement approved. They met the adjuster at our house and worked diligently to get us through the process. Zach is a breath of fresh air! He is thorough, a great communicator, patient, honest and a delight to work with. It took me forever to decide what color shingle we wanted and he provided address after address of houses with new roofs for us to look at! Once that was decided, they communicated with a delivery date of materials and came two days later at 6:15 am and finished the entire project by 8 pm the same day. The work included tear off, cutting in ridge vents, replacing 17 sheets of plywood, replacing two skylights, removal of the attic fan and complete clean up that included replacing several heavy plant pots on the patio! The crew worked non-stop to get 4200 sf of roof done all in a day. Amazing to watch. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years and I have rarely witnessed a project that compared to this one. I have recommended Kaiser Roofing to several friends. The best part of all though was meeting Zach who is only 20 years old and seeing such an amazing work ethic, energy and enthusiasm in someone his age!!! We have had him for dinner twice and I hope to continue to watch him as his career soars!!!
