Getting a new roof isn’t supposed to be fun, right? Somehow, for us it was! We knew we were due for a new roof but kept avoiding it (and being bombarded with random roofing solicitors knocking on our door). But a friend raved about Kainos and gave us a referral, so we finally scheduled a consultation. I’m so glad we did! The process was smooth and easy, and our initial meeting with Jimmy was fun and informative - we had a chance to sit down and talk through the different options (of which there are many), and he was honest and straightforward about what products and features would work best for our particular property. I actually enjoyed learning all the ins-and-outs of roofing and of our selections (all of which were provided in detailed quotes prior to the work), although I suspect that if you’re not a person who likes those details, Kainos would do a great job picking everything out for you! For install day, the guys arrived early and on-time. My kids had a blast watching them, and were amazed at how hard they worked! Jimmy stopped by frequently to check on progress and answer my questions, and the foreman was on-site as well. We had one small portion of the job (some finishing work) that needed to wait for another day/after the roof was finished, and the foreman was prompt and professional with that as well. Detailed receipts for work were provided as soon as work was completed. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! Thanks Kainos!

I called Kainos Roofing to do an inspection on my Roof. Roy and Jesus were honest easy to work with, and did a great job. I was even more happy when they informed me I did not need a new roof just so minor repairs. Kainos Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. We recently had a new kitchen window and sliding glass door installed during our remodel, and the results are fantastic. The design is beautiful and minimal, adding so much light and openness to the space. The sliding glass door replaced a large window, which required removing some brick and adding new framing. The work was done seamlessly and feels like it was always meant to be there. The new windows also provide great soundproofing, which makes a huge difference since we live in a noisy area. The Kainos team was fast, clean, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of that, they were friendly and easy to work with. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!

We had a good portion of the original windows to our house replaced by Kainos. Jimmy and his team were great about communicating along each step of the process. The new windows are much more energy efficient and better at dampening outside noise. We’re really happy with the results, and will eventually have the remainder of the windows replaced.
