McCarter Construction, the entire team what above and beyond standing behind their workmanship and products. Marc and Jayson were on site everyday to replace Hardy Board soffit and part of the roof shingles over the garage. They communicated daily and their craftsmanship was excellent. RS h day the area was spotless and the material were stacked neatly to be ready for the next day. Thank you Marc and Jayson. Also, thank you Bob Jones and the rest of McCarter team. You did a great job on our large project in 2016. When I called Bob recently he asked me to send pictures of an area of concern. He arranged to have a team come out and review m. McCarter decided to cover everything under warranty even though the warranty period had passed. From the quality workmanship of Marc and Jayson on the repair, to Bob and his follow-up and the McCarter decision to cover under warranty, eventhough they didn’t have too, they provided great service in 2016 and this past couple of weeks their commitment to their customers, I would and will recommend them to anyone. John McCarter installed my siding that had worn out terrible mainly due to the original builder not installing the siding properly. Weathering over the years caused the siding to rot and separate. John McCarter Construction did an incredible job with the replacement and and it was done with my expected budget. Great service and highly recommended. We LOVE our beautifully completed home with full replacement of our cedar siding with Hardie Board, along with replacement of several doors and windows. Mike (our project manager) and his crew that did the work from McArter Construction did a fantastic job. From communication, honesty, to professionalism and skill, they were great. They were respectful of our property and things were cleaned up every night! With a job this size spanning well over a month, you will have a few issues along the way, but when we did, Mike was responsive, kind and quick to adjust to make things right. The price was very fair and the quotes very detailed and itemized. This part took by far the longest in the project but we are thankful to have done it so there were never any surprises and we all stayed on the same page. This was the biggest difference from other companies we looked at. Competitors just threw out an estimates without any real detail. The most important step in the process for a prospective homeowner is to take the time up front to make sure you understand every item on the estimate and ask questions so everything is in agreement BEFORE starting the job. John McCarter Construction executed new windows & doors on our sun porch, roof extensions on the front & back gables, and new exterior JamesHardie siding. Their work transformed our home. Very satisfied with the work, and the results.

Update: just wanted to add some photos from the final phase of my home makeover! Josh and Dan, who did an amazing job installing 3 doors, installed a window and flower box to the front of my house! They do such an amazing job and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly! Thank you guys! John McCarter Construction installed hardy plank siding, doors and a window on my home. The entire experience from the sales person to the installers was seamless! Everyone was extremely professional and the job was completed on time and on budget. The project manager was always available and came over after every install to make sure everything was done properly. I highly recommend them for your home project.
