Hit a pothole on the way into work and ended up with a flat. Gave JB tow a call because of all the glow reviews. I (unfortunately) don't have roadside assistance coverage so was freaking out about costs. Jose picked up immediately and asked for my location and arrived in 20 minutes. Not only was he extremely helpful but also kind even with how frazzled I was. He took me to a tire shop (Happy Tires thank you so much!) and we were able to replace my tire in less than 30 minutes and I made it to work. Price was extremely reasonable but again, the customer service stood out. I've got Jose's number saved now and will use him if I ever have any tow needs (hopefully not anytime soon!!!). Thank you Jose!!!!

Gave them a call because another towing service cancelled on me and they were at my home helping me in 5 minutes. Super happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future

Jose was great! He came out to rescue my keys from my locked car in only less than 20mins after I called him. He was very professional and efficient

Jose was amazing and I couldn't recommend him and the team at JB's Towing enough. Everyone I talked to was incredibly professional and the service was fast! Pricing was great as well and I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any of my towing needs.

Reassuring Help During a Summer Holiday My daughter needed assistance in a part of Los Angeles she was not familiar with. I did a Google search for towing facilities in the area. Jb’s Towing saved the day! Jose and his Team were able to tow my daughter’s vehicle. Time from my initial call, to my daughter speaking with Jose, to a tow to the gas station happened within a 30 minute timeframe. Speaking from experience of having roadside assistance that has taken 1-2 hours during a weekend or holiday, this was very impressive. Towing fee was responsible. Service was prompt and very courteous. If towing service is needed again in this area, I know who to call. Thank you Jb’s Towing Team!
