We recently purchased an older home with a tile roof that started leaking at the first big rain of the season. Contacted a few roofing companies and most of them immediately pushed for a full replacement. Caleb with Intermountain Roofing took a completely different approach. He carefully inspected everything and took the time to explain that the roof itself wasn’t the problem—it had simply not been installed properly in certain areas. He walked us through how proper flashing techniques specific to tile application would resolve the issue, instead of replacing the entire roof. We really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how honest he was about what actually needed to be done. The repair was completed professionally, and he even came in under the quoted price. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend Caleb if you’re looking for quality work and integrity.

IRC was awesome from start to finish. Caleb not only fit us in very quickly for a new roof when ours leaked, but made time to come make sure it didn’t leak further the same day before the new roof was put on. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process and definitely went above and beyond!

Caleb was great to work with along with his crew. His communication was great. He responded quickly and answered all my questions. They did a great job for the price he quoted. Wasn't happy to put a new roof on but it was time and Caleb and his crew made it all go smoothly.

We had a tree limb poke a hole in one of our skylights! Luckily it wasn’t raining. Caleb did an outstanding job of replacing the one that was damaged. It was so much brighter so we decided to replace the other one. He was back quickly and replaced the second one. The very small job was done quickly and reasonably. Caleb was exceptional when it came to communicating when to expect him and how long the work would take. I will definitely contact Caleb if I ever need any roof related work to be done.
