Working with Cassie, on 1250 U st, was great! She was knowledgeable with filing, and I can tell she’s very experienced. She was able to answer and explain every question I had.

Jeanetta Johnson is a great tax pro. She has been preparing my returns for years. She know all the new tax regulations and explains any changes that will affect me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment with Melvin at 10:00 AM and arrived 15 minutes early. He didn’t come out until 10:30 and told me his prior appointment was still going and that he would be with me shortly. I was very understanding and told him it was okay to take his time. When I was finally seen, he made a mistake on my paperwork and said he didn’t have time to fix it because he had an 11:00 AM appointment. He then scheduled me to come back the next day at 4:00 PM. I specifically told him I had to Uber there because I live far away. The next day, I again arrived 15 minutes early. He then told me he had completely forgotten about my appointment. He simply handed me the documents I had left the day before, even though I came back expecting my taxes to be completed. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and the entire office reflected that same lack of organization and respect for clients’ time.

Ms. Cassandra Garnett was very helpful and knowledgeable and has a great personality. I will definitely be working with her next tax season.

I’ve been doing my taxes with H&R Block for over 10yrs. Unfortunately my usual tax rep has passed, but Ms. Jeanetta Johnson has stepped up and has done a wonderful Job assisting with my tax preparations.
