Honest Abe Roofing Miami

Do not go with this company. They do not honor the warranty and will not reply back after job is complete. Our project took 3 months maybe more. When they started they placed all the supplies on our roof which was already damaged. The weight from the material they placed on the roof made even more damage after weeks of delaying the start of our project. During this time we had a storm passing and my mother woke up to a river fall of water pouring into our den. Personal items were damaged and they took no accountability. After finishing the project I expressed how upset I was about the time frame and the water damage in our attic they said they would only give me a thousand dollars for repairs to the collapsed ceiling and damaged items. I have been calling their office, and the owner literally stays two blocks from me. Customer service and honoring your contract as a company has become a thing of the past in Florida, Miami to be specific. Please be careful when you hire these new contractors because they're just buying older companies with a great reputation only to scam and give poor cuts service. We are still finding tar inside of our home, on the house and in our yard.

Honest Abe Roofing has done top notch work for me. I searched through many roofing companies. David was the most straight forward and thorough with the estimate details from the first time we spoke. Every question was answered on the moment and I could access him or any staff member when I had questions along the process, and God knows I can be annoying. He assisted me in finding the best match for my design ideas and got me exactly what I wanted. I had no issues with my HOA because this company took care of everything. I did not need to move one finger. Everything was organized and orderly. They left every mess they made clean at the end of every day. They fixed what they found broken in the roof that I didn’t even know was broken. The communication with me was impeccable. I would give them 10 stars.

When the job started we met Mario he kept us informed throughout the process and was always on site making sure everything ran smoothly! The guys worked efficiently and most importantly they picked up every nail and piece of garbage every day after the work day ended. I honestly was very satisfied with how fast everything was done. Deciding on a roofing company is not an easy decision. We looked at a number of different companies before we decided to go with Honest Abe Roofing. Rick Hernandez was our sale representative. Rick made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions we had. He was genuinely interested in getting us a quality roof, and not just making a sale. Honest Abe Roofing provided us with a flat rate on a Metal roof and Flat roof. This included any wood that needed to be replaced, contrary to other companies. As for the crew that came out to work on the roof, they were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable of what needed to be done on the roof. From opening to closing, our roof only took three days (our house is approximately 1300 ft.² )The crew was careful not to damage anything surrounding the house, and did a great cleanup job. Honest Abe Roofing was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. I can confidently recommend Honest Abe Roofing to friends and family. Honest Abe Roofing made the whole process, simple and stress-free. My sales Rep Ron M. is the only reason I went with this company. I had lots of bids from other roofing companies. Ron was so informative, knowledgeable, passionate about his job made the difference. He went through all the financing options they had, so that I could find a finance option that best worked for me. He always answered all of my questions via text ,email or phone call promptly. If I had a problem he made sure to fix it or find a way to best resolve any issues that came up. He also made sure I found the best color for my roof since I was replacing my original tile roof. He sent me samples so I knew exactly what I was getting. The crew was fast and efficient. All of the damaged parts of my roofs was replaced as promised. I spoke with the city inspector and he said that this company did outstanding job going over and beyond with the materials and the technique that they use on my roof. I live in the city of Margate, and they can be a pain at times when approving work and are very thorough when inspecting roof permitted jobs in Margate. So when the inspector let me know that the job was done really well made me feel I made a good investment with hiring Honest Abe Roofing to replace my 20yr old roof!!
