Great roofing experience with Steve O. and his crew. He professionally completed the work. During the final inspection, Steve noticed a hole in a window screen and patio furniture cover from removing the old roof. He personally followed up with me to fix the screen and ensure I was compensated for the torn patio cover. I'm so glad Steve was the PM for my new roof. Steve is the best!!!!

At first we had an excellent presentation from the salesman.And we even found that we had a couple things in common. Soon after I received an email from the coordinator and she introduce yourself and outline the process a few days later I came home and the material were already sitting in my driveway. Unfortunately, a week went by with no contact after that.And I reached out , and she advised that they can install within a couple days if I was on board. Soon after the work began, the crew took 7 to 10 days to complete the job poorly. I then reached back out and was introduced to Jon who expressed concern and demonstrated professionalism. John followed up as promised. However due to the installation being signed off.Initially , there were a few delays which john took care of by contacting trey. Spoke with trace several times and he promised you make the installation correct. Which was completed as promised. With john and stephen overseeing the process and respecting my home as if it were their home. My faith has been restored in home genius and I am proud to give a stellar rating because they turned a horrible situation into homeowner relief and pride. I need to edit this rating because my home is now showing gaps between the siding and I have seen small lizards (geckos) being able to crawl in between the boards .i have had a professional home inspector to advise of siding issues. My home is very cold now due to these large gaps in the siding. I have reached out to the company with my concerns

Home Genius did do an excellent job with the new roof installation and did it in a timely manner. They started around 7:30am tore off the old roof down to the wood, repaired some rotten places and finished around 5:30pm. They did make an attempt to pick up the trash and nails but left A LOT of nails in the yard including an entire strip of new nails from their nail gun, so it may be a good idea to get a magnetic rake to clean up after them. It would also be wise to take the day off so you can watch them work as I also had to yell at them because they were dropping debris on my heat pump. They did cover it up after I spoke to them about it .

The Home Genius team did an excellent job on our roof and gutter replacement. Jason H. was knowledgeable, courteous, and fab to work with on the inspection and estimate. He was honest about the state of our situation. Steve O. was the best on-site PM I've ever worked with - fantastic communication, responsive, empathic, and quick to address a mixup on gutter color plus flashing that didn't get replaced. The roofing crew - wow!! They arrived on time - before 8 am, worked hard, took great care to move things, and put everything back afterwards. The gutter team validated our order before install, worked quickly, and delivered great work. Start to finish (inspection to completion was like a week!) We are pleased with the overall experience and the results. Thank you! P.S Black gutters were the absolute right choice!! Thanks for making them happen!

Home Genius Exteriors representatives Chris M., Kiersten S. and Mark S. were all professional and knowledgeable regrading my project, very good communication throughout. Subcontractor for vinyl siding was respectful of property and neighbors. Crew demonstrated craftsmanship, especially with the curved garage doors and window tops. Quality CertainTeed products used. Cost was reasonable given the project. Highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors if you want a guaranteed result and future follow-up (if necessary).
