Austin and Lukus did an outstanding job installing my new toilet. They arrived on time and carried themselves with true professionalism from the moment they walked in. Both were incredibly respectful, considerate of my home, and showed excellent etiquette throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated that they wore slip‑on covers over their shoes without me even having to ask, and they were very mindful about keeping everything clean. They made sure the work area was spotless before they left. Austin and Lukus truly went the extra mile to ensure everything was done perfectly. Their attention to detail, care for my home, and commitment to quality really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Exceptional service from two genuinely professional and courteous individuals.

Dylan and Anthony. Very professional. They diagnosed my problem. Gave various options. They showed professional team work. Got my drain back running. They cleaned and left the work area in good condition. Thanks.

Javi and Zach were amazing! I called in the morning at 10:30AM ( on a sunday too) with not a lot of hope our sewage backup issue will be resolved within the day. Javi and Zach came around 1:30pm and helped us out. They were very easy to talk to, did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with our sewage pipe and took care of the root for us. They were here for almost 5 hours working nonstop. Javi even explained to us what to do in order to prevent this from happening in the future. We had a great experience with Clog Busters and recommend this company.

Max was very pleasant even though we called and he came out 45 minutes from Des Moines! Max was quick and efficient with diagnosing our leak and even though he had to drive back to des moines and back to our house to replace our toilet at 8 pm, he did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Our updated toilet is running as it should. Thank you Max and Clog busters!

They were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to do a thorough job — no shortcuts. Really appreciate their attitude and work ethic. Highly recommend!
