Sean and his team can out and did a great job on my roof. Due to our ever changing weather there were hiccups in timeframes. I am happy with the end process and look forward to doing more work! Thanks Sean you walked me through an unknown process

I hired this company to clean my gutters and install gutter guards in July. The experience itself was a nightmare. The sales rep that quoted me was not with the company a week later and communication was close to non existent. After about a month they came out to do the work and I paid what was originally quoted. Fast forward to today and I had someone come out to quote gutter cleaning and he had the following to say: “I can honestly say whomever did this work took advantage of you . All the gutters have gaps, if they did horrible work on easiest part I don't want to know how bad the hard parts are. I absolutely can't clean your gutter at the price I mentioned before. This will be twice as hard as before you had gutter covers and the fact that they are the wrong covers for a home like this and installed incorrectly I can't do it for that amount and fix there mistakes.” I’ve written the company and received no response. 0/10 experience would not recommend this company to my greatest enemy.

We used High Caliber Exteriors to replace our siding, a bit of carpentry, and replacing our door. We were delayed a bit in getting work started due to inclimate weather, but once Brian got the project started Taylor and his team did beautiful work in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about the difference Taylor's experiertice made in getting the job done , with attention to professional detail. We are very pleased with how good the house looks, and has received may compliments.

We gave High Caliber a sizable deposit in March 2025 for work that our house needed to prevent further damage. The company apparently changed hands at some point, and they didn’t know what work had been done for which customers. They never reached out to us about this problem. My spouse called, and they insisted that they had done work on our property that they hadn’t, and even argued with her. It was someone else’s property, verified by photos, and they came over to confirm for themselves. She told them it was fine if they didn’t have the resources and manpower to do the work promised in a reasonable amount of time, again since damage is actively progressing on our house, and Shawn insisted that they could. They made promises that prevented us from moving on to a different company, but continued to stall. They are difficult to reach, and I have been told multiple times that someone would contact us who could help (typically that person is reported to be Shawn, our project manager and also the VP of the company). I haven’t had much luck with that, including the past few weeks. I can’t count the number of attempts we’ve made without referring to our documentation, but at this point it’s egregious. It’s my fault for being patient and credulous, but we’re running out of easy options for relief.

Shawn Winkle does outstanding work, pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable Super cool guy and very trustworthy, got more business lined up on our house for him ..
