Hidden Summit Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine

My first experience with acupuncture was at Hidden Summit and I will continue going back any time I need some healing. I had plantar fasciitis for over a year and after getting treated here it healed and I haven’t had pain since. I love the quiet, comforting atmosphere and have seen both Bex and Giacomo and both are incredible. If you’re thinking of trying acupuncture for the first time or you’re looking for somewhere in the Boise area, I wholeheartedly recommend Hidden Summit.

My experience has been absolutely amazing, was looking at having surgery on my neck and decided to give acupuncture a try first , it has been such a blessing, I have not felt this good in years ! Bex has not only helped with my neck but also with the arthritis in my joints and my overall everyday well being as my pain levels have greatly improved since I started seeing Bex. I’m very thankful for everything she has done.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Giacomo and Bex at Hidden Summit. Prior to finding them, I was dealing with some medical issues and swelling in my face that all conventional/western doctors could not figure out. I was passed from doctor to doctor with no real answers or help, often told, “you’re fine”. Finally I was told to look into acupuncture and I’m so glad I did. From the first appointment with Bex, I was given real recommendations on what to do and what to test for in my body. She recommended a slight diet change more towards healing my spleen (who knew this was a thing) and what tests and actual doctors I needed to reach out to. With following her guidance, I started looking into having my hormones checked and changed my diet for the better. Shorty after, I also started to see Giacomo for Accupunture and he had continued to walk me through my health journey, addressing all things that could be causing my swelling, pain and all medical issues. I’ve been seeing them at hidden summit for now two and a half months and with everything they have suggested I have put into action and I feel 100% better. My facial swelling has gone away, my spleen/nervous system is recovering and my hormones are being balanced, as well as a foot injury that never healed is healing! Not only was Bex right with that first initial appointment about what doctors to see and my hormones, with Giacomo’s continued support, we’ve been able to get to the root cause of my medical issues and address them. I will continue to see them at hidden summit and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who needs some real health guidance.

My experience with Hiddensumit acupuncture has been amazing. My chronic shoulder pain and upper back tightness has improved tremendously. I am able to return to all my previous exercises without pain and also improved performance. I highly recommend Hidden Summit.
