I really enjoyed my massage and how I felt super relaxed afterwards. However, the whole experience just felt off. It was just awkward the interaction with the massage therapist for my first time. She was nice, but something felt off. The prices for services were great and I was a little disappointed because my massage therapist asked if I wanted cupping done & she never did it even though i still had time left in my session.

If you book an appointment make sure you get a confirmation number I guess. Currently frustrated and sore. First time appointment attempt. I called to schedule an appointment and to have an older gift card looked into to see if it still had a credit. After talking to reception I accepted a 4pm appointment for Monday and mentioned that even if the gift card had no credit I would bring cash and to go through with booking the appointment. They said that the owner would reach out to me after she looked into the gift card. Looking through my phone logs I realized I missed some calls at 9 am the day after making the appointment. These unsaved numbers get lost amongst all the spam calls I receive. After leaving work early on Monday which is time I’ll have to make up by working longer tomorrow I arrived at Healium. Walking in was not very welcoming just confused looks and someone asking me “What are you here for?” I told them I had an appointment and she just shook her head and asked if I received a confirmation text. No one informed me that I would receive one and with this being my first time I had no idea what to expect. I’m stressed, my back hurts, and I just got brushed off because someone didn’t properly put in my appointment and because I missed a call.

Every masseuse there is top notch. Meg is my personal favorite since she really drills deep into my knots! But every one is a great listener and does amazing work. They don’t mess around with amateurs here.

I'd never had a massage before and booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Meg and I will 1,000% be back! The massage exceeded my expectations and was incredibly relaxing and hurt so good when she was really working different areas! Meg was so kind and professional and really cared about my comfort throughout. She also made sure to focus on my problem areas (hips, neck, and shoulders.) The space is small but it's so cute! The bed was very comfortable and had a heating pad on it (which made me feel like a lizard basking on a rock in the best way possible,) and Meg had some essential oils in the head cradle which both smelled amazing and helped me to not get congested!

I had a 60 min massage with Meg a few days ago (my first massage ever). My experience was phenomenal. Even better than expected if that’s possible! She really cared about my needs and focused hard on my trouble areas (shoulders, neck). The customer service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. I was so relaxed afterward- I’m definitely going to purchase a 3 pack going forward. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for deep tissue massage in MKE! Even included aromatherapy for me! Love this place so far.
