Horrible experience with these folks. I was referred to Julie by my local wealth manager. I came to Julie to get some idea of what my individual tax burden would have been for the 2025 tax year. Initially, the interaction was pleasant. We discussed my tax situation and sent over some of my documents for review. No quote or discussion of pricing was given at this time. A few weeks later (due to the holidays) I got an email back with some numbers, along with a surprise $250 bill. A little bit later I went back and reran the numbers on my own and they didn't line up, so I followed up and luckily Ryan, who was covering for Julie while she was out, was able to review what was done and fixed the data and also sent over the work he did to get there. I'd give 3 stars here, however, the last nail in the coffin was the payment process. Payment's are handled through their website where you have to put in the amount you owe them as opposed to them telling you what the outstanding balance is while you are on the site. One could easily mess this up, especially if the amount you believed you owe wasn't actually what they were looking for at the time of payment. Overall I would not recommend this company for any individual tax returns.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, so I speak from many, many years of experience! This is a great firm!! Never have I called with a question that they didn't have an answer to. They have someone who is an expert in everything tax law which allows them to give you expert answers. Additionally, they know how to maximize your deductions and have always set me up for success. Further they have defended several audits by the IRS for me and I have come out perfectly! They are the best! I have a frame of reference for this review as I was with several firms prior to this and did not receive the expert counsel and advise and service like I have here. I am sure that they have many wonderful Accountants working there, but a quick shout to specifically to Kent Christensen, he is absolutely amazing; he is personable, caring, knowledgeable, prompt, a true professional, takes the time to know what you need and gives you strategies to save you on your tax liability. I could go on and on about how great they and he are. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
