Such wonderful people to be here and help us through such a difficult time in our family. We had to put our sweet Rottweiler Reina down at 12 years old due to her hips giving out from hip dysplasia😞 They were so gentle and loving from the very beginning when I first called, you can tell they care so much. This unfortunately is was our second time having to use their services as we had to about 10 years ago now for our dog Barky, but I would choose them always in these tough times to help my pet make a peaceful transition. 10/10 would recommend these compassionate people, thank you Amelia and Dr. Fixler again for being there for us and Reina in January♥️♥️♥️

It’s never a good feeling to make the decision to help a pet pass peacefully. But when it’s time, I cannot think of a better way to do it than in the comfort of your own home. Dr Fixler came and compassionately discussed what brought us to this decision. This added comfort knowing that we were doing the best thing for our dog. Dr Fixler gave us quiet moments with our dog and proceeded to make him comfortable before giving us more time and when we were ready allowing our dog to pass naturally. I can’t imagine driving to a vet office and tearfully waiting in a lobby. Sitting in our dogs favorite spot at home was more comfortable for both the dog and us. This makes the 2nd generation of our pets who have gone this way with Dr Fixler’s help, and whenever that dreadful time comes again we will never consider another alternative.

Recently I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my dear Harry Winston, a 17+ yr old aPuggle that I rescued when he was 9 months old. A friend had told me about Happy Endings as she used them and was impressed by the process of saying goodbye. I can Our happiest day is when we first bring our pet home and the saddest day is when we have to say goodbye but Happy Endings made it bearable. I can honestly say that this was the right way to say goodbye and everyone within the company was great from helping me make the decision without quilt, to what to expect before, during and after. Harry passed to the Rainbow Bridge with no pain. Dr. Fixler was very compassionate for he knew what we were going through. As friends found out about Harry, I was happy to hear that Dr Fixler had helped them with their beloved pets too! I chose a nice Rosewood box for Harry’s ashes and I was very impressed by the quality and presentation. I highly recommend Dr. Fixler and Happy Endings and will use them again when it time for Bob, my remaining dog to cross to the Rainbow Bridge!

💔🐾 Saying goodbye to our beloved Mia was the hardest decision we have ever had to make. She was our precious 16½-year-old Shih Tzu, and after battling stage 3 kidney failure, we knew it was time to let her rest and end her suffering with dignity and love. After searching online, we found Happy Endings Euthanasia, and their reviews immediately stood out. Their website was clear, straightforward, and transparent — including all pricing, which meant so much to us during such an emotional and overwhelming time. 📞 I called at 8:30 that morning — the Friday before Christmas week — and Alicia answered the phone. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. Despite the timing and Dr. Michael Fixler, DVM, preparing to leave for vacation, they went above and beyond to schedule us the same day by 11:00 a.m. We will never forget that kindness. 🚗 Amelia called us as they were leaving the office. Al left work to meet them at home with me. On the way, he stopped to pick up an In-N-Out puppy patty for Mia — one last little joy for her 💕. When we arrived, the team was already calmly and respectfully set up, and Mia happily enjoyed her treat. 😌 They gently gave her a sedative, and she became relaxed and drowsy — completely peaceful and free of fear or pain. The IV was administered with such care, and Mia passed quietly in the comfort of her home, surrounded by love. 🤍 What touched us most was the tenderness and respect shown throughout the entire process. They stepped outside to give us private time to say goodbye. When they returned, they carefully and lovingly wrapped Mia in the blanket they provided. Amelia held her like a baby — with so much dignity, gentleness, and compassion. Their sympathy was genuine and constant from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. ✨ This team truly lives up to their name. They made an unbearably painful moment as peaceful, meaningful, and loving as it could possibly be. We are forever grateful we found Happy Endings Euthanasia and trusted them with Mia’s final journey. 🙏 From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for treating our sweet girl with such love, care, and respect. You gave her the peaceful ending she so deeply deserved. With endless gratitude, Alba & Al 🐾💖

An email I received from Dr. Fixler said "My staff and I are focused on ensuring that your experience with Happy Endings reflects our compassion, respect, and professionalism from the first phone call to the moment we leave your home." Happy Endings delivered on this commitment from the first interaction to the last. The experience exceeded my expectations. The initial phone call was really hard to make. I was expecting it to be like calling a busy vets office with a cold receptionist where I would have to beg for a quick appointment. It was a relief to be met with gentleness, compassion, and ability to meet my scheduling request. Upon arriving, I appreciated that Dr. Fixler and his assistant Amelia were 100% focused on the task at hand. They didn't try to make small talk, etc. Their presence was very light, which allowed us to give our full attention to our girl in her final moments. Finally, I was touched to receive a hand written card in the mail afterwards. While I hope not to need these services in the future, I will call Happy Endings again if I do.
