Grennan Construction

Grennan has completed 2 small to medium projects for me. Window and patio door replacement with quite a bit of framing that needed to be repaired. Their crew was reliable and the cost was reasonable, along with timely communication from the project manager. Another project (gutters) was sub-contracted. Grennan even took responsibility for some mistakes that sub-contractor made.

Grennan blew us away!!! They exceeded our expectations in every respect. Dean was personable, honest, and knowledgeable- more than any of the other sales reps we interviewed. Dan and his crew were excellent with the unique issues that our house presented while they put up our siding. We'll be needing more work done and will definitely be calling Grennan.

They did a fantastic job. The guys were so nice and very professional. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if ever needed. We drove around to look at colors before hand and spoke to other customers.They were also very happy with them. We.love the shake on the front of the house now. It really differentiates it from all the other houses in the neighborhood. Our neighbors are very envious of our house now. It is so beautiful looking. We had water damage in our home and called Grennan Construction — truly the best decision we made. Dean, our sales rep, was fantastic. He helped us brainstorm and diagnose the issue and delivered a fair, thorough quote exactly when promised, which made comparing bids so much easier. Once we moved forward, Dan took over as project manager and everything ran like clockwork. We ended up doing a full exterior Hardie Board siding replacement + gutters + paint, and the crew was incredible — at one point eight workers on-site, all operating seamlessly. They worked from sunup to sundown, cleaned up our yard every night, and the finished product is beautiful. We were so happy with the exterior work that we hired Grennan again for the interior drywall and paint repairs from the water damage. Another flawless job. We’re relieved to have this project behind us, and couldn’t be happier with this company. Highly recommend!
