The only company out of 4 estimates that didn't try and strong arm me to sign on the dotted line. Very fair and competitive estimate. Very hard working and dedicated crew. Townhome repair. Was supposed to be a 2 day job, ended up being almost a whole week. They blocked my front door and parked in my driveway. I had the hardest time trying to just get into my home this whole week. I would get yelled at for walking under the caution tape, but couldn’t get to my front door without doing so. I would get yelled at for trying to walk in through my garage. Finally last day that they are here, today, I was told they would be gone by noon. I got here at 1 they were still there so I left and came back they were still there at 5pm. Mind you the entire time they were here. They hadn’t been working. Two of the days they were here they only worked until noon, and then left. When the job could have easily been done that day. When I parked in front of their dumpster so I could go inside my home. They yelled at me again for trying to get into my own home, were laughing at me. And one of the workers called me fat. I am 9 months pregnant and my due date is tomorrow. I tried my best to be graceful during this whole thing. But these workers were extremely rude. Disrespectful and not only had they broke our ring camera but pictures and signs we had up in our home flew off the wall and broke because how hard they were going. Mind you we have had work done on our home roof before and never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing.

GreenCity Roofing and Alfredo were exceptional! Alfredo really came through to ensure my skylight replacement occurred before my home inspection. He installed my new skylight with great care and communicated with me before removing the existing shade. He did a beautiful job and the new Velux skylight with solar shade looks even better than the original builder skylight. I highly recommend GreenCity Roofing and Siding for any roofing related repairs.

The crew of GreenCity roofing were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We were extremely happy with the outcome of our roof and the price was very reasonable.The team went above and beyond by keeping in constant communication and promptly address concerned throughout the process and were available day and night via text message. They kept their work space clean in our driveway and made sure the gutters,yard and driveway was free of debris after the project was complete.Overall they exceeded our expectations and we were very impressed by their work as a whole. Alfredo and Leo were especially friendly as the teams lead, they were very accommodating in our requested material and other work related accommodations. They made sure we were pleased with the product and made us feel heard on what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof repair!!!
