This business sucks, I make appointment and they set it on wrong day. Send out conflicting text message for day that does not exist and to top it off don’t take accountability or try helping to see patient due to their inconvenience. Never doing business with them in life. Imagine if I had serious dental work that was needed. Just pass blame off to their scheduling center. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Went in with a broken tooth as an emergency, was told I needed a crown, cost was estimated at $900 with my current insurance.. so I paid $600 they claimed i owed and that my insurance covered 30%.. Months later I just so happened to check my claims from my dental insurance and they said I was only supposed to pay $13 for the appointment and $133 for the crown.. Did I get ripped off? Did I get scammed out of 500 extra dollars?

I made an appointment because I was experiencing tooth pain / sensitivity in a particular area and wanted to get that addressed and fixed. My concerns were ignored and I was advised a whole different tooth on the other side of my mouth needed at root canal. I listened to the dentist and trusted their judgement because they are the professional after all. Half way through, he abruptly stopped and said he couldn’t complete the operation and I would need to see a specialist. One botched root canal later, I’m still experiencing the issue and pain I initially wanted to address, and now I have a half drilled off tooth with part of their tool stuck in it too - which I only found out about after seeing the specialist and taking new X-rays. Fixing their mistake is going to cost me double. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere - this company is all about making a profit instead of having concern for your well being and health. Also, taking your concerns to corporate won’t help either. They just believe whatever the dentist tells them and brush you off. Very disappointed in my experience here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Do not go here. My girlfriend had an experience with one of the hygienists that was completely inappropriate and disturbing. After her appointment, she discovered this hygienist had looked her up on Facebook, which already crossed a line for us. What happened during treatment made it even worse — she told me he touched her chest area in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable and violated every boundary of what should happen in a dental chair. She was so shaken she cried for days afterward. I’ve never heard of a hygienist behaving like that toward any patient, let alone someone they knew was in a relationship. It came off creepy, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable for a medical setting. If this place wants to call itself a professional practice, they need to take a serious look at who they’re hiring. A dental office should be the last place a patient feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or sexualized. We won’t be coming back, and people deserve to know what happened.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!! Everyone at the Old Baymeadows location is amazing. Front desk staff is always super nice and calls me a few days before my appointment to remind me. The dental assistants and hygienist are all super sweet and patient. Megan stood out to me the most. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr H. was amazing! I never felt ANY pain and I got smile makeover (6 crowns on my front teeth). I was super nervous in the beginning but everyone reassured me it’ll be a painless and easy process, and they were absolutely right!
