I’ve known Michael and his team at Great Power Learning for over 10 years. I’ve watched them work with kids, and they truly care. You can see their heart in what they do. If your child is struggling in today’s school environment, I’d definitely recommend coming in for an assessment. It can really make a difference. I highly recommend them.

After two incredibly challenging school years— losing two teachers, two seperate years—our daughter had fallen behind academically and, more importantly, had lost a lot of her confidence. We were heartbroken and not sure of how to help her catch up. That’s when we found Grade Power, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I called and toured several of the other "Tutoring" schools in the Valley and from the very first meeting, the staff was warm, professional, and deeply committed to understanding our daughter’s unique needs. They created a personalized learning plan tailored to her specific gaps, that was also fun for her, and week after week, we watched her not only catch up to grade level but begin to THRIVE! Her tutors were patient, encouraging, and consistently went above and beyond—making learning feel fun and that she could do it. The center also speaks with your child's teacher (with your permission) to help to make sure that the content fills any holes, helps with what they are currently learning, and strategies. Parents also have check in meetings to see their child's progress and goals they are working towards. The transformation we’ve seen is incredible! Not only is our daughter now on track academically, but her confidence has soared. When asking my daughter how she did on a test recently, she said that she did great because she used "The things I learn at Grade Power!". She’s excited about learning. We are endlessly grateful to Mr. Mike and Grade Power Team for the care, dedication, and expertise they’ve shown. If your child is struggling or simply needs extra support, I wholeheartedly recommend this center. They gave our daughter the tools to succeed. Even if it's just to beat the "Summer Slump" as they call it is so, so, so worth it.

Our son was having difficulties in school with math, writing and organization. We were grateful for the assessment that grade power performed, and the findings that were reviewed with us. We then engaged in a plan with grade power to help our child build on the skills needed to succeed in school. Grade power far exceeded our expectations. Our son began to excel at school. He gained confidence both socially and academically. The staff at grade power is very attentive, kind, and encouraging. Our son enjoyed his teachers. Mike is very easy to work with to schedule our sessions and reviews. It’s easy to schedule a make up session as well when your child is gone on their planned day. Do not think twice about enrolling Your child in grade power. It is definitely money worth spent! Thank you for helping our Son succeed.

GradePower has been a wonderful experience for us and our son. He has been able to reach many of his goals and we are happy to say he is reading at grade level now, which was our primary concern. His overall confidence and independence has grown, too. We appreciate the kindness, patience, and welcoming environment at GradePower. They made learning fun and accessible. He also really enjoyed the themed weeks and prizes they had throughout the summer. Thank you for everything!

GradePower has been such a blessing to our family. My oldest son was needing support in gaining critical tools to be successful in writing. They did a thorough assessment of his strengths and areas to improve and came prepared with a plan. It is a marathon and not a sprint. They work hard to ensure your children have the foundation that they need to achieve their goals. My son has been doing so well and today I had his parent teacher conferences and he is thriving in English! This feels like a miracle. No battle, no pushback and he’s applying himself. He’s able to achieve his personal goal of straight A’s and I credit GradePower and the wonderful team! My youngest started at the end of summer and is also doing so well in school. Areas of remark last year are a non-issue this year. I believe this is because we started him at GP just before 2nd grade and he’s started developing healthy habits and confidence before entering a new level of academics. I tell ALL our teachers and friends how wonderful GradePower is so they can recommend their service to other students who can use some support. I especially love that in middle school they help prepare children for the executive functioning skills they need. Taking notes, completing homework on time, helping with homework and learning how to study for tests. I can’t say enough wonderful things!
