I’ve had two great experiences with Fiv5 Star Cleaning and I will continue using their services as a recurring customer. Their admin coordinator is communicative via text message; they send appointment reminders and provide the expected arrival time the day before the service. The ladies that have provided services have been friendly, thorough, and efficient. I recommend this company.

I’ve generally had good experiences with Fiv5 Star Cleaning and often recommend them to friends and family, which is why this incident was especially disappointing. The admin team is responsive and helpful when concerns are raised. However, during this visit, one cleaner reacted defensively and angrily when I calmly pointed out a few missed cleaning details (an unwiped toilet and an improperly placed trash cover). She spoke negatively about me inside my home, handled the toilet seat roughly, and the overall quality of cleaning was poor. Items were left disorganized, and most concerning was a serious hygiene issue where a toilet brush was used in the sink. While I appreciate the admin team’s follow-up, it’s concerning that this situation occurred at all. When allowing people into your home, professionalism, hygiene, and respectful behavior are non-negotiable. It’s important for the company to thoroughly vet the individuals they send and consistently evaluate their work. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I genuinely want to continue recommending Fiv5 Star Cleaning with confidence.

The team that was sent out was great! This was a move in/move out deep clean. Our new home was extremely dusty due to have the hardwood floors sanded down and refinished. They did an excellent job considering how much dust was in the home. They also wiped down the kitchen cabinets (inside and out). The kitchen cabinets were greasy from the previous owners so I asked the team to give those cabinets a little extra TLC. The team did an excellent job on the windows and the seals/sills. The only bad thing about Fiv5 Star Cleaning was they don't wipe down walls. The team that was cleaning also was very good with requests. I asked them to only clean the floors with a dry mop and no chemicals due to the flooring being so new. Overall a satisfied customer! Highly recommend Fiv5 Star Cleaning to anyone needing a cleaning service! Ignore the blue tape in the pictures, that is for our painter to come fix some minor paint issues.
