First Steps Childcare & Preschool

We have been very happy with First Steps from day 1. Our daughter has been there since she was 5 months old and she is now 3. She loves it and they have helped her development in many ways. Liz and the teachers are all great!! We enjoy the app and the updates throughout the day. We like that it is only accessible by keycard. We are comforted knowing she is learning and is safe throughout the day.

This daycare has been so amazing for our daughter. She has been there for about 7 months and has learned so much and thrived since starting here. The staff truly care about each of the kids. We love and appreciate all the special holiday parties that are thrown for the kiddos and the families. We feel so lucky to be at this daycare!

After staying home with my son for the first 4 years of his life, I was nervous to take him to daycare/school. We toured First Steps and I knew the moment we walked in the door that this was a safe place for him. He has learned so much and is always excited to go back to school when the weekend is over. I know that my little boy is in good hands when I drop him off everyday. His teachers let us know that they were concerned about his breathing while he napped. Although we had already lined up an appointment with an ENT before that, the fact that they came to us with their concern showed how much these teachers truly care about their students. We love this place and you will too!

My daughter has been going here since November 2022. All the staff have been super patient with her. Her first few weeks were really rough and she would cry but all her teachers would work together to comfort her. My daughter loves going here now and will ask to go to daycare even during the weekend. I have noticed my daughter's social skills, and language improve so much since she started going here. I also love that they tell you through an app what your child ate, how many times they went potty, nap time, etc. They will also send me photos of her throughout the day. (they sent me the photos attached) As a parent it's important to know that my child is safe. And I know that she is safe here. To enter the facility you need to go through two locked doors, so there is no risk of random people gaining access. Overall, everyone here is amazing and I love that my daughter is happy here.

My child loves this place. I love this daycare. The staff is welcoming and loves your kids like their own. They have this app that shows you when they eat, go potty and the upload pictures constantly. If there is ever an issue, they'll message you, and respond to your questions. Meals always include fruits and veggies, and they ask permission before serving birthday sweets or watching movies (which is usually only during the holidays). They even have activities outside of daycare including the zoo and a trick or treat activity on Halloween, obviously Santa and so much more. I feel my kid is safe because there is a gate and no one can get through without a badge. I definitely recommend this daycare. My kid is barely 2 and can identify some letters and their sounds. It's amazing.
