Update!! They listened to the members and added some additional classes. They haven't added enough yet, but they are working on it! This is for SALT only. Exhale and my ladies at Exhale are amazing as always 💗💗💗 Salt has so much going for it — the concept is strong, the classes are well-designed, and the location is incredibly convenient. It truly has the bones of a top-tier boutique studio, especially for those of us who loved the Exhale model. That said, the schedule simply does not match the premium price point. When you’re paying boutique fitness rates, you expect accessibility and flexibility. Ending morning classes at 7:25 AM and then offering nothing until 5:15 PM leaves a massive gap in the middle of the day. For working professionals with flexible schedules, parents after school drop-off, or anyone who doesn’t fit into a very early morning or evening slot, there are essentially no options. At this price, there should be mid-morning and/or midday classes available. The current schedule makes it difficult to justify the cost, no matter how good the classes are. Salt has the right idea and the right energy — but if it wants to compete at this price point, the schedule needs to reflect that investment.

Reviewing on behalf of my husband. While the spa itself and the massage experience are good, the management and customer service are unfortunately terrible. My husband had a massage here on January 4th (not his first visit). As usual, he paid using the card on file, confirmed at checkout by the front desk, and left to continue his day. About an hour later, he checked his phone and saw 25 missed calls and a text message threatening to contact authorities because his card had been declined. The issue? His card on file had expired — something their staff failed to catch or communicate at checkout. At the time he left, he was told everything was processed successfully. As soon as he saw the messages, he immediately called back, provided a new card, and expressed concern about how the situation was handled. He would never intentionally leave without paying, so being treated as if he had done something wrong was extremely upsetting. Instead of acknowledging the error or handling the situation professionally, the employee who contacted him (Yasmin) was rude and accusatory. He later followed up with an email to management (Charissa & Ginger) and never received a response, which further shows the lack of accountability and customer care. We get massages regularly and value businesses that treat their clients with respect. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not return. How a business handles mistakes matters more than the service itself. I’d recommend finding a spa that values and respects its customers.

I’ve been a member at Exhale for nearly two years after switching from ClassPass. The instructors and front-desk staff are consistently kind and professional, the facility is clean, and the mat Pilates and yoga classes are excellent. My concerns began after the recent renovation and addition of SALT. While the upgrades are fine, corporate did not clearly communicate how existing memberships would be affected. The only emails I received encouraged upgrading to SALT, without outlining policy, billing, or access changes for current members. After calling the studio for clarification, I was told I could still take SALT classes but would be wait-listed behind SALT members. The next day, I was unable to book a SALT class through the app so I opted for my typical mat class. After class, I overheard other members raising similar questions with a corporate representative. The interaction was disappointing. Dismissive in tone, with members told they could cancel if unhappy, rather than being provided clear answers. Multiple members simply asked for a written email explaining policy changes, which was never provided. Despite this, I continued attending until today when I was suddenly blocked from booking my regular Saturday class. When I called, I was told my rate was “promotional” and had ended, and that an email had been sent- one I did not receive. The issue is not pricing; it is the lack of transparent communication from corporate. After reading a couple other reviews, I feel a sense of equal validation and disappointment. Studio staff and instructors remain wonderful. Again, this is a corporate communication issue!

I had an incredible experience at Exhale Spa. I booked a deep tissue massage with Andre, and he was absolutely amazing. He listened carefully to my concerns and delivered exactly what I needed — firm pressure, precise technique, and a calm, professional demeanor that made the entire session feel both therapeutic and relaxing. I left feeling like a brand new person. Highly recommend Andre if you’re looking for a top-tier massage!

Exhale Spa Midtown Atlanta (inside the Loews Atlanta Hotel) I absolutely love this place—it’s my home gym and I couldn’t recommend it more! It’s clean, quiet, and comes with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end fitness center. They offer a full-sized gym with all the equipment you need, plus fantastic fitness classes, a spa, steam room, showers, and a locker room that’s always well-kept. They also provide towels, slippers, and robes, which is such a nice touch and adds to the luxury experience. One huge perk is the three hours of free parking—super convenient for Midtown. The team that runs this location is top-notch: friendly, professional, and always welcoming. They’ve created an environment that makes you actually want to work out. Thanks for being so awesome! See you at the gym!
