The craftwork is exquisite. The staff is timely and professional . All steps were taken to insure I was happy with the work as it progressed and that any bumps along the way were felt with immediately without any issues. Having an older home with great bones requiring constant maintenance and improvements requires the attention and dedication of a truly committed group in contractors , subcontractors and staff . We worked with Jason and exact exteriors to completely refurbish our exterior. From the estimate process, Jason worked with us and had the best ideas on how to achieve our vision for a modern looking maintenance free exterior. The price was fair and below many other quotes. We installed Ascend composite siding, Okna triple pane windows and pvc trim and fascia. The work was completed in a timely manner with great care and attention to detail. The punch list was short and handled quickly and completely. They even had custom PVC molding made for our front door that is stunning. I highly recommend exact exteriors for your project.

We recently had our home re-sided by Exact Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Jason was very flexible and gave us plenty of time to plan when we wanted the work done. He assigned a project manager who came out ahead of time to review the site and make sure material deliveries wouldn’t interfere with our daily use of the property. On the first day of installation, Jason and his team arrived, and we walked the property together to review expectations. The crew got right to work, and their professionalism showed throughout the project. Having done a lot of research on Hardie Board installation myself, I had a few details I wasn’t sure about after the second day. I called Jason, and he came out the next morning. We walked through everything together, and he agreed with my concerns and made the changes right away — a great example of their commitment to customer satisfaction. The project was completed on time, and once finished, the project manager returned for a final walkthrough. We put together a short punch list, and Exact Exteriors took care of everything promptly. The siding looks fantastic, and I’m really happy with the final result. I would absolutely recommend Exact Exteriors to anyone considering siding work. Thanks to Jason and his team for a great job!

We had an amazing experience with Exact Exteriors. Jason is incredibly trustworthy; he does what he says he is going to do, and it costs what he says it is going to cost. The project manager (Randy) and the carpenters (Roberto, Mario, and Josh) and painters (Matt, Rick, and Stacy) were all outstanding. We had the vinyl siding removed from our house and the original wood siding restored, replaced where needed, and painted. Exact also installed new Marvin windows and rebuilt our front porch railing. They were respectful, organized, clean, responsive, and all around wonderful to work with on the project. See the pictures. It was a major transformation of our historic home!
