Jenn is absolutely amazing! She did an outstanding job on my facial and made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Evolve is great! It’s beautiful inside and the atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I see Jen for my waxes and she’s the best - super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She also has great conversation and makes you feel comfortable during your sessions. If you’re looking for a new esthetician, Jen is your girl!

I’ve been coming to this spa regularly for a while now, and every experience has been wonderful. I’ve tried each of the massage therapists — they all have their own unique style, and every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The estheticians are equally fantastic — professional, attentive, and always make my skin look and feel amazing. I go specifically to Steph for waxes, and she’s the best! She’s quick, thorough, and makes the whole process as comfortable as possible. I always feel at ease and know I’m in great hands. The spa itself is such a peaceful escape — it barely feels like you’re on a busy street in the city of Providence. It’s clean, calming, and the entire team truly cares about their clients. In addition, they have a cute shop on the first floor with all sorts of skincare and other fun goodies — it’s the perfect place to pick up something for yourself or as a gift after your appointment. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality service and a relaxing experience!

I won't lie, this was a really weird experience. My aesthetician did what seemed like a good job in the moment, but hours later, I was finding product (possibly the exfoliating mask that she applied?) in small hardened chunks on my face. I get that it is a little hard to see clearly in a darkened room, but it also isn't great to be going about the rest of your day after a facial and feel small chunks of a mask (that was supposed to be washed off, and was definitely applied under sunscreen) come off in your hands. And, funnily enough, after the facial was done, she accompanied me downstairs. Without so much as explicitly asking me to wait, I was standing in front of the payment counter while my aesthetician walked away to start picking a product. I was a bit confused about why this was happening, because we had not talked explicitly about product names, and I certainly hadn't asked for any recommendations. Regardless, she came and put the product down on the counter in front of me and said that I should get this mask. Since we hadn't discussed this at all, and especially since I hadn't budgeted for the cost of buying another product, I declined -- and she seemed taken aback? I'm sorry, but this was incredibly bizarre -- why offer a product recommendation when we didn't really discuss it and I didn't ask you for one? If I'm being honest, this felt more like pressure to buy than a gentle recommendation, and it completely ruined the experience for me -- please don't push people to buy products that you haven't even talked about with them! I will absolutely not be returning because of this.
