Great communication through the entire process! From pitch to final walk through, all Evergreen Exterior team members were on the same page and were very transparent about the logistics. Unlike other companies, they were not pushy during their estimate period and allowed for adequate decision making time. Based on our budget they offered three options and were able to find the perfect middle ground. At the conclusion of their work, all fencing that touched the house was replaced exactly as it was (including gates) and our yard was returned to near perfect. We highly recommend Evergreen Exteriors to anyone looking to support a quality, locally owned company who produces a high level of craftsmanship.

Update! Had a question on a few things a few months later and Tanner was out to our house the same day to address any of our concerns! That is excellent service from a caring contractor if you ask me! Thanks Tanner! Looking for a roof? Tanner and Ryan with Evergreen Exteriors will not disappoint! We started with 10 bids on a new roof for our house and carport as I really needed to get an idea of the overall bidding process, pricing and other factors involved as well as tips and such from experienced roofers through the estimating process. Our house had a layover (2 layers of shingles) and needed 4 sheets of wood replaced as well as a couple of leaks addressed. Tanner's knowledge was right up there with most who came out but his polite and respectful manner in the way he treats you is exemplary! We had a lot of emails back and forth getting things dialed in and he was always gracious in answering quickly with what we needed. In the end, we chose him and his company for the roof replacement. We had it scheduled for a Wednesday but it snowed the day or two before so we asked to do it the following week and he had no problem doing so. The day of the job, it was windy but Tanner and his crew did a great job and documented it all with photo's and video so we could see it later on. (I like this as you can see what you are getting even if you are not up there watching it yourself!) They cleaned up really well after the wind blew a lot of roof debris everywhere and made sure all was good before leaving for the day. The next day Tanner came and did some final caulking and cleanup, making sure all looked as good as it was on the ground as well as up on the new roof. We viewed the photo's later in the day with Tanner and his brother Ryan and they answered any questions we had. I would say this was one of the best experiences we have had with home repairs and glad we chose Evergreen Exteriors! You should too! (I do not know them nor was I paid or given a discount for this review, I'm just a Boise homeowner with years living in the Treasure Valley and wanted to let everyone know about my experience!)
