An Enviro-Master technician showed up at my business today. He was there to perform his normal weekly service. He presented me the bill when he was done. I see that a single roll of toilet paper increases 156%. Crime $2.46 to $6.18 increase. I inquire to him why the increase. His response , We installed toilet paper dispensers to help improve your business. I inquired who authorize this? He replied, I’m not sure, someone . I replied that I do not have a someone who works for me only I can approve any increase . I advised that I’m not sure I want to keep your services anymore and I was given the response of, “ I’m sorry I cannot talk about stuff like with the customer. I’ll refer this to management.” A few weeks later and the owner of Enviro-Master, Troy Porter showed up at my business. I asked Troy how he can justify increasing a roll of toilet paper by 156% just because you provide a dispenser that I didn’t prove. Troy advised that he would not have had his technicians install any dispensers unless it was approved by somebody. I advised that somebody does not work here. It’s me that approvesthis which I did not do. However, it still isn’t allude to the fact of 156% interest just because you dispense that product. Troy said just like the service you’ll love it. It’s great and you’ll have no complaints over it. I advise I’m complaining right now which is a complaint and I don’t want to pay 156% increase on what I can buy that paper from he then said a few other words of a sharp tongue salesman and then had the audacity to ask me for a Google review. I asked why he would want a Google review from somebody like Me that is complaining. He advised you’ll know our service is great and for sure you’ll give us five stars. If you look at our rating, we have five stars across the board. You know how we do that? I said I am confounded to know how you would get five stars for the service I’ve received. Troy said because of our service we approached each customer after every service and allow them to give us a business Google review giving them our Google address and telling them what to write for a 5 star review. This way everyone gives 5 star. Not to mention the discount for a 5 star rating. Enviro-Master and my self personally hold a Google review in High regards. So high that we pay our employees $5.00 for each Google review that is a five star review. Anything less than five star will not be rewarded so sometimes our employees coach the customers on what to say but it’s only bringing out what they really feel. This gives Enviro-Master of Utah a great look towards the public and a great success to keep us in business to help you. Troy said it’s not really like it sounds as if we are buying reviews, but our employees enjoy the five dollars they get for the review and it counts . Plus, they’re pretty much are told what to write. I’ve seen and I would like your service removed from my location. Troy got upset. Told me it would be 30 days, that i would hear from one of his sales representatives and until then I still needed to pay the bill. He then marched out of the store, obviously upset and I never heard from Troy again. I was contacted by a business sales rep, who tried to keep my contract, which I promptly discarded. My advice. Be careful what appears to be good for what appears to be good. Most likely is bad.

We just had our first service with Enviro Master. Could not be more pleased with the whole process, from setting up an account to the actual cleaning. Tim, Leslie, and Dave had great communication and very detailed service. Will recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning.

We use enviro-master for a couple years now, A weekly check ups are always really well. Our guys (josh) are on top of double checking everything with us to make sure it’s done properly. As well as Tim, the area manager is on top of it as well to make sure everything is sitting on properly on occasional visit

Tim stopped by today to check on some things and he was great he took care of us ! We always appreciate your work ! Also terry is awesome he’s here every week and he’s amazing
