Extremely pleased with Mr. Ben and Mr. Chris. They are friendly, professional and did an excellent job to replace my old worn out light fixture. I will have them back for other items that need attention!

The power in my house was surging and causing various issue. I called EMC and they sent Mike P and Roman out to us. They were both very friendly and professional. I was immediately confident that my house was in good hands. They got to work right away and upon discovering that the problem my house had was dangerous made arrangements to fix it immediately. I appreciate their motivation to take care of this right away and although they anticipated a late night they did not complain or seem put out. They discussed costs and financing options prior to starting the job and kept me up to date as they were working. After the job was done they tested all the outlets and walked me through any further questions or areas of concern that I had. The panel that they replaced is very well organized and easy to follow. I can’t thank them enough for their work!

I cannot recommend EMC Electric LLC enough! We had an urgent electrical situation, and their customer service was exceptional from the start they accommodated us immediately and got us an appointment within just a day. A huge shout-out to their technician, Michael Parent. He truly went above and beyond, driving almost two hours to get to our home in Bothell. Despite the long drive, he arrived right on time. Michael really stepped up; he took the time to walk us through the entire process, explained exactly what had happened, and provided total transparency regarding the fix. It is rare to find this level of dedication and clarity. Thank you, Michael and EMC Electric, for the peace of mind!

As his wife, the reason you should call EMC Electric is Ben! 10/10 recommend! He’s honest, upfront with what work needs to be done and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and with care. From adding lights to swapping out receptacles he’s done a lot of work for me over the years and I’ve never had anything but great experiences.

Technicians Mike, Ben, and Clayton worked late to ensure everything was perfect, showing impressive skill and dedication. Elisabeth, the project manager, was responsive and kept everything on track.
