Scheduled an appointment, I stayed home from work for it, waited three hours and they never showed up. When I reached out they said they were busy and we rescheduled for the following week. 8-9am arrival time, I reached out 8:30am when no one was there and I hadn’t heard from anyone. Told they were on the way, two hours later and still no arrival. Only hire them if you want to waste your time.

Best service, respectful, thoughtful and explained everything that was happening to my electrical panel. It was the holidays and they did a through and excellent job. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done.

When it comes to something as important as the safety of your family and home, you need top-notch, experienced, knowledgeable professionals. And that’s what I got with Electricians R’ Us, and then some. I contacted Dave to install an exterior outlet for a portable power generator. In the process, he immediately picked up on very dangerous conditions with my current circuit breaker having water entering from the outside due to poor workmanship long ago from an inferior electrician. Dave took photos and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the work he recommended and explained the process and promised to assist in the home insurance claim process. He was able to schedule my job quickly due to the critical nature of the work. When all was said and done, I had a MUCH safer, much more cosmetically appealing and code-compliant set-up with my circuit breaker, etc., that I know will last for a long, long time. Dave and his crew at Electricians R’ Us, in addition to being highly-skilled, are friendly, work efficiently without cutting corners, and have an open door policy should to need to contact them in the future for any issues, which, frankly, I don’t anticipate. Highly competent, competitive prices, and all class. I could not recommend Electricians R’ Us more.

Amazing service. Amazing prices. I called and David came over the same day and gave me a free estimate. Other places wanted a fee for an estimate and wanted me to wait weeks. David is an awesome person and I knew instantly I had found the right electrician. No haggling, no fuss, NO problems! He knew what the job would cost without having to look things up. A real professional. His crew is kind and friendly. They all get right to work and then leave. I’ve already scheduled other electrical jobs around the house that I had been putting off.
