Mister Sparky Electrician Houston

I have used Mister Sparky in the past for our Katy home and they did a terrific job. My elderly parents were in desperate need of a good electrician, so I reached out to Mister Sparky in Houston for them and they were at their home within the hour. My parents were very impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and respect that both Jaret and and Israel showed them. Thank you so much for taking care of my parents. I truly appreciate you guys. I will definitely call on you in the future, and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Had issue with non functioning smoke alarms. Unfortunately it was discovered that my system is one that Mister Sparky was not able to help me with. Jeremy was very helpful with explanation and even worked to connect me with someone who could work on my system. Jeremy was on time, polite and asked if there was any other electrical issues he could help with. Will definately keep this number handy.

Great experience with Joshua. Needed some recessed lighting replaced as well as some other safety improvements. Joshua was extremely professional, personable and so amazing with our dogs. Will definitely call upon Mister Sparky for any electrical needs in the future.

I setup an appointment to have an electrical outlet installed in my garage. I was told they would do an inspection and that the $69 inspection fee would be waved if I had work done. The quote for installing the outlet in the garage and connecting it to one in the attic was over $1,900 which I promptly refused. As the technician was assessing the outlet, he plugged a tester into a GFCI and tripped it to make sure it worked. The inspection included opening the electrical panel and looking at the wiring. Since I did not have any work done, I paid the inspection fee, but was asked to sign several documents on a tablet about the work, including the inspection report. The technician quickly scrolled to the bottom of the inspection report to show the signature block. I noticed the document included a number of items that he should have inspected. I scrolled through the list which included inspecting smoke alarms, GFCIs, and many other items. Since the only item he inspected was the panel, I refused to sign it. Absolute waste of time and money.

This was the first time we’ve used Mr. Sparky and they are outstanding! The technician they sent out was Christian Tobon. He was incredibly easy to work with. We called them because we had two light switches that where not working and one that was about to fall out of the wall. Christian took the time to look around our 30 year old home and do a safety inspection. He found several things that needed to be addressed. He presented us 4 different estimates for the work that needed to be done. Once we chose what we wanted done he gave us a new estimate. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Christian never tried to influence what we wanted done and he was professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for anyone needing electrical work done on the house.

Mr. Sparky was terrific! Prompt service (actually had a same day appointment!) my technician was Raidel, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was punctual and efficient. We had a lot going on at the house while he was there but he just adapted to the chaos and got the job done. Would definitely use Mr. Sparky again in the future!

They were able to squeeze me in on the same day! Raidel was friendly, knowledgeable and really made me feel like he cared about my issue. He provided the simplest and most straightforward solution and explained everything every step of the way. I also LOVE how the company has automated introductions to the person who will come to your house, it helped me build a good relationship with Raidel from the beginning.
