We had a pleasant experience with Electric Hero. Making an appointment and communicating with customer service was quick and easy. Jhon is polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue and fix it during the same visit within 2 hours. We won’t look for others if ever need help again in the future. Highly recommend.

Daniel provided me a very competitive and detailed quote for various items of work at my property in Hyde Park. He was able to give solid suggestions of things I was not thinking about, along with being able to give me ideas of cost on things that I was in fence on. He did it in a very low pressure way but was super informative. The work was executed quickly, efficiently, and neatly, I could not have been happier. When there was a small issue with one of the dimmers, he came back immediately to swap out, no questions asked. My experience with Daniel and Electric Hero could not have been any better and I will be calling them back for future projects without hesitation!

Electric Hero did a beautiful job installing a new under cabinet lighting system in our kitchen, They upgraded our lighting throughout the main living area so all is now the same color temperature. They replaced outlets, installed a new cooktop and new light fixtures. They are very professional and wonderful to work with. Jhon’s recommendations were right on. We are very happy we added Electric Hero as a contractor on our remodel project.
