This company has been great to work with. I recently had a window issue and needed to get it replaced. I knew it was under warranty so I took a picture of the window and the info sticker and sent it to them. They ordered a new window and in a few weeks it arrived. They made it a great process all around.

My rep was awesome Becky did a great job! The front office was nice and helpful. Only complaint is the siding crew and gutter crew drove through my hard after requesting not too. I have laterals and didn’t want them to be damaged. Window crew was awesome.

What started as an insurance claim for only a portion of our roof turned into a full replacement - all thanks to their expertise and persistence. They handled the entire process with our insurance company and made sure we were fully taken care of. The crew was incredibly fast, professional, and did an outstanding job with the install. Their cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t even know major work had just been done. We’re extremely impressed with the quality, communication, and overall experience. The siding looks beautiful, and the roof installation was completed efficiently and with great care. The entire team was professional, respectful, and dedicated to quality and answered all my questions. The whole project took about 3 months between the insurance process and manufacturing as expected but I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend EEC Windows, Siding, and Roofing to anyone looking for top-notch workmanship and excellent customer service.

Our salesman, Tim, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came to our house after hours to measure our dimensions for proper fitting and installation. It’s very uncommon for a sales rep to take such meticulous steps to insure we receive precisely what we purchased. Our expectations were exceeded. Also, Sam and Kyle were absolutely amazing installing our new sliding glass door. The installation was done to perfection and we just love it!
