Definitely recommend! We had an AC leaking into the wall upstairs that damaged the walls and floors on both floors of our house and cause quite a bit of mold especially downstairs. Quite a big project. These guys were on it. Quick to come out and provide a quote. Listened to and addressed my concerns throughout the project. Technicians were polite and professional and always showed up at the time they said they would. When the initial air quality test showed there were still mold spores, they communicated what needed to be done, removed more material, and ensured our home was safe to be lived in again. While I definitely hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to call them or refer anyone to them.

We've used Eco Clean twice now for two different properties- mold issues, and both times we've been thoroughly impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and patience. Alex was straightforward yet reassuring throughout the process, and both Maverick and Raul were patient and thorough with their work. Thanks to their team, I feel safe in my home again—and that peace of mind is truly priceless.

When I came home one Sunday evening I found water all over the Floor and part of the ceiling had come down. Eco Clean Hawaii was able to be there within a few hours. Brought blowers etc to dry the ceiling and floors. Daily their technician Alex came to check on the status. He worked with my schedule and was very polite. He explained everything in detail to me and what the next step would be. He also found why the pipes had leaked. I was down with a cold and he was very concerned and asked if there was anything he could do for me before he would leave. I am very impressed with this company and with their employee Alex!

Alex, Raul, and Maverick took really good care of us when we had a leak under our kitchen sink. They communicated effectively and were punctual every time. They had professional opinions and provided exceptional service. Thankfully it was a small job, but even if the job was really big I would expect the same professionalism and results. Thanks guys for taking care of us!

ECO CLEAN did a wonderful job of repairing my water damage after my 2nd floor bathroom had a leak that led all the way to ground level of my first floor. MARCELO Him and his crew did a great job of inspecting and then removing any damaged materials from the home. He also dried the affected area quickly so that mold could not grow. A very likable guy who tried his best to be as helpful as possible during the process. ANDRE & MATHEUS They made a great duo and helped problem solve when faced with some awkward repairs such as the crown molding which was previously handcrafted and not purchasable in store. They also installed an access panel and brand new floors that look great. My home looks better than it did before the repairs. LYDIO Was great with any questions I had and quick to provide me with flooring options. He also helped answer any questions I had about the process and was patient when insurance was providing funds slower than expected. CINDY Killer receptionist, quick to answer questions, extremely nice and polite, and could probably make a living creating ASMR videos. 10/10 Customer service! Only complaints I would have is this was my first time experiencing water damage or having to make an insurance claim and I didn’t really know how to process was gonna go and I think it was just second nature for Eco Clean to expect me to understand what the process was going to look like as far as repair schedule. So in the beginning there were lots of uncertainty in the beginning and it made me have to ask a lot of questions, but Eco Clean did a fantastic job. I would choose them again anytime
