Dust and Mop House Cleaning of Charlotte

I am thrilled! Mya and Marie did an absolute fabulous job cleaning our home, they were kind and friendly. I was nervous about professional cleaners coming to our modest, somewhat outdated home, but they treated it like a castle. Our shower, kitchen cabinets and appliances have never been cleaner. They went above and beyond by cleaning a cluttered area we told them they could skip. I can't thank them enough.

This is my second review for Dust and Mop HC of Charlotte. My first review was not favorable due to an unacceptable initial phone call that left me with a poor impression of the business. I mention that because I believe reviews should be honest in every aspect. After that experience, the owner reached out to apologize, and that gesture meant a lot. She took the time to rebuild my trust and encouraged me to give the company another chance. I agreed because the issue stemmed from one individual, not the business as a whole. I believe in second chances, and I hope the young lady received additional training to strengthen her customer service skills. I’m glad I decided to try again, because I would have missed out on an excellent deep-cleaning experience. A’monesty and Raegan did a wonderful job. They were prompt, professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient. I worked from home during the appointment, and they were very mindful of keeping noise to a minimum while I was on calls. Because the owner took responsibility and made things right—and because I was willing to accept that effort—I ended up having a truly positive experience. I will definitely use them again and have already shared my experience with others.

Worth every penny. Crew was on time, efficient, and friendly. Even my dog loved having them here (maybe it was the toy and treats they left behind for her). My house is clean and smells so good. I look forward to taking this off my plate knowing my house is in great hands. Thanks Stephanie, Sam, and Brittney!

Had an amazing deep cleaning at our home today. Chastity and Valysha were both professionals at cleaning. They are both also very likable people and treated our home as we would. I give them 5 stars. The entire experience with Dust & Mop Charlotte has been excellent. Our guest bath has never been more clean.

Marie does excellent work and she is consistent from week to week. It’s a pleasure to have her in our home. As usual Marie did a great job in the middle of another crazy Wednesday at the Davis Zoo. I am posting a picture of our Great Pyrenees, Kenny. He has a great amount of white fur which he deposits all over the first floor of our home. He is a challenge to clean up after even with room air filters. Marie does a great job! Today, (9/24/25) I had a new set of cleaners and they adjusted well to our house. One gal had been here before so work progressed smoothly. With our extended family start to visit on weekends , knowing our house is cleaned thoroughly once a week is very helpful. I can take more time to prepare for our guests and don’t worry about the rest. Everyone has always adjusted to our dogs and cats which also helps. Thank you Dust & Mop , Samantha, Mya and Jen.
