Sport coats were well cleaned and done in a VERY timely manner. Love the self-serve technology, but with people to there to help if needed.

Such great customer service! Good communication and valuable help with services needed. I like that I can drop off and pick as my schedule allows but still maintain the small town feel. The prices were very reasonable, turn around time was quick for my needs, and the services provided were done well. I've found my go to cleaners that also offers alterations. Couldn't be happier!

What an absolutely perfect experience, from start to finish. Everyone was so professional and nice. They all but reconstructed our daughter’s wedding dress. The first fitting as they were going thru all the things to be done, my first thought was ‘Yikes! How can they do all of that?’ But before we left, I thought “if they said they were going to saw my arm off, reassemble it and then sew it back on” I’d say ‘Sure!” My trust was not misplaced. Cannot praise these women enough.

I recently decided to try a new dry cleaning service. Before visiting, I called to inquire about their pricing, as I planned to bring in ten items: one formal dress, eight pairs of jeans, and a casual dress. Upon picking up my clothes, I noticed that three pairs of jeans were missing. When I returned to the store to address this issue, a younger Caucasian associate seemed dismissive, implying like I'm lying or overreacting about the missing jeans. The staff asked me to retrieve the cleaned items from my car, and upon returning, the missing jeans suddenly appeared. However, when I got home, I discovered that the rhinestones on the pockets of my True Religion jeans were missing. Due to this lack of care and attention to detail, I have decided not to return to this cleaner in the future. These jeans are highly expensive and the lack of care is prevelant. 132$ for this and the formal dress was wrinkled.

We have been using Drake Cleaners for a couple years now and always have a wonderful experience. So, when I needed my wedding dress altered & saw A Better Fit was located within Drake, I knew I'd be in good hands. My dress is perfect and tailored exactly how I wanted it.
