I have been a patient at Downtown Dermatology for several years and continue to get outstanding care. Jana is great! She is thorough, takes care of my skin to keep it healthy and genuinely cares for her patients.

I’ve been a patient here for 15 years and I couldn’t be happier with the dermatology and aesthetics offices at Downtown Dermatology. Dr. Hicks-Graham has always listened to my concerns and offered advice and treatments tailored to my needs. Kourtney is my aesthetician and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my VI Peels and skin treatments! The offices offer competitive pricing for services that don’t use insurance and they take a variety of insurances as well as Medicaid—I’ve always been covered here and been able to get the services I need. Thank you, Downtown Dermatology, you have a patient/client for life!

I went to Downtown Dermatology 2 weeks ago for treatment. The staff was polite, and they prescribed me an oral and a topical medication. Thankfully, upon leaving my appointment I googled the medications they prescribed me. The oral medication they prescribed me would significantly worsen the effects of an already severe medical condition I have. This condition and all the medications I take for it are all listed in my medical chart, so they either didn't take the time to read my medical history, or they have no idea what types of side effects the medications they prescribe can cause. When I called them to discuss the issue, they didn't answer. I left a voicemail and haven't received a reply after 2 weeks.

Dr. Shari Hicks-Graham and her staff have always been supportive, friendly and sympathetic to my needs! Beginning the moment you make the appointment to any follow up care, the office sets an amazing standard of care! From helping me with my hair loss to the removal of a cyst, my experience in the office has been Top Tier! I would highly recommend her office for All Your Dermatology Needs!
