This is a horrible practice in its entirety. The phones aren't answered, nor calls returned. That's your first sign and possibly a good thing. The lack of knowledge and or compassion from those who do finally answer the phone is the 2nd sign. To not receive prior or post instructions for a procedure, third and final sign. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I received attitude and was told, written, post instructions, don't exist. Shame on them. Save your dignity and find a practice who care, who look out for the well being of their clients and show compassion. You are paying for it and deserve your money's worth.

I am not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but i don't want another unconfident young woman to have the same experience. I'm a a young lady with a lot of skin concerns and I haven't been taken seriously for my skin conditions in the past with previous doctors. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, however, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and heard 3 other names be called for the same doctor. Yes, in a span of less than 30 minutes of me sitting there Dr. Radloff saw 3 different people. When the assistant called me back, he wouldn't let me get a word out it felt like. He just kept talking over me trying to end the conversation with the last thing I said. I didn't even get to mention my family history of skin cancer on top of other things. On top of that, I scheduled with a female MD for a reason, they should really give you an option of having a male assistant in the room when i'm in my gown for skin checks. When the doctor did come in I advised that I had eczema and the response was akin to "well i don't see any. if steroid ointment works lets just keep using that" obviously, if that were the case i wouldn't be voicing concerns about it at the dermatologist. I'm just not having a flare up right now. My main concern was extremely red, irritable, cracking bleeding lips that other doctor's dismissed as "using to much chapstick" I KNOW MY BODY. SOMETHING IS WRONG! and she said "well typically people have to use more chapstick in the winter" as if I didn't just advise I've mentioned this abnormal issue to doctors before and i'm not getting relief and i don't even use chapstick. She looked at the skin on my left shoulder and neck for about 30 seconds, looked at the spots on my legs where i stated i usually get eczema and left the room. I left crying, i'm incredibly upset. I did not leave with a shred of faith in this establishment and I cancelled my follow up appointment the second I got home and found a new dermatologist. Seek treatment here at your own risk.

Received nine texts regarding payment if I didn’t show up! Then they made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting area. When I expressed my concern the doctor (Radzloff) told me if I could find another doctor that was quicker good luck! Very unprofessional! If you want to feel like a number and that your time is not important go here! If not prolly find someone else!

I have never written a negative review before, but feel the need to share that I am truly disgusted with the appointment I had with Dr. Kimberly Radloff. I waited a month for my appointment, sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time, and when I finally met with the MA/doctor, I felt completely rushed and not heard. Dr. Radloff came into the room and then quickly and inaccurately told me my symptoms, and then prescribed me medication as she was running out the door leaving no time for questions - truly the worst customer service/bedside manner I have experienced with a doctor. I have also never had a doctor prescribe me a medication without talking to me about symptoms first. I scheduled my appointment for one thing and had additional issues recently occur. I was advised that she couldn’t look at it/discuss, since I scheduled the appointment for something else - she said that’s technically two separate issues. I’ve never seen anything like this at any type of doctor’s appointment. I felt very confused at the end and said I was frustrated because I didn’t feel like the appointment was productive, but the MA told me I can schedule another appointment to discuss more as I was being rushed out of the office. This is most definitely not a doctor I want to establish myself with. The reviews online are 100% accurate about this doctor - I wish I would have listened to them.

I should have read the previous reviews about Dr Kim Radloff. You can tell when a doctor doesn’t care. I knew right when she walked in the door I was already being dismissed. (I could hear them outside the door talking about me) She didn’t give me even 5 minutes of her time… She was in and out of the room within 2 mins. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I’ve never had a doctor dismiss my concerns or not even want to hear out my concerns. She didn’t even ask me a single question.
