Discount Tire

It was great. I purchased the tires and booked the appointment two days before my service date. When I drove in, I was on a spare tire. They put the “best” of my current tires back underneath as the spare, and replaced all 4 wheels with the new set. Service took ~ 35/40 minutes. James (I believe was his name) was a delight. I’d recommend. The place was clean, music was fun (in the garage) and everyone had smiles.

I was super bummed out about my car getting a flat tire during the work day. The staff over at discount tire made the whole experience a breeze. Kaeden kept me informed with the status of my car. Zachary made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Zachary gave me a vote of 45 minutes to finish my repair and they got it done with 10 minutes to spare. Highly recommend!!

Best experience I've ever had for any auto-related issue. I made an appointment hoping to have a tire plugged after finding a bolt perfectly implanted. My tires were all very worn, so I did do some research ahead of time in case I needed new tires. I asked Jack a few questions about a couple of options I'd looked at. He answered everything clearly, and I purchased 4 BFG KO3s. I arrived at 3:00 PM for my 3:00 PM appointment and was out the door and back on the road by 3:29 PM. Dominic and Jack kept things professional and quick. Great experience.

I really love that they have this free service where they can fill up the air in your tires and inspect them. I drive by there once every three or four months. It's been really helpful because I would not have noticed when my tires were wearing down and I'm sure I would've had some flat tires if it wasn't for this service. If you do get a flat tire, they can often just fix it for you for free! That seems absolutely amazing to me because that would be an all day adventure for me to try to fix it myself. On this visit I got new tires. It was pretty amazing because I was able to give them a call, talk to them about the options, drive-in, and get my new tires all within one hour! They have really amazing technology to assist with their service. Everybody has a headset and a smart phone that interact really well. People can communicate with each other within the office and different work areas. Their phones can somehow analyze the tires and keep track of each of the different cars. The interaction is really modern and seamless!

All associates were kind and happy to help with a smile. Fast, honest and fair. I got upgraded to better winter tires for no additional charge because one of the tires I bought was damaged. The place was insanely busy today due to winter storms coming in and I was still in and out in an hour. James was very helpful! Thanks!!
