Discount Tire

I’ll keep coming here bc it’s close to my house, but the sales pitches I receive every time I come in are obnoxious. Had a guy try to sell me wheels to replace the steel wheels that should “never be on cars anymore, especially in CO.” His reasoning was rust, durability, and weight. He claimed he had wheels that were lighter. When I asked him to pull up the weight on the wheels he suggested, they were 1-2 lbs heavier. I laughed inside. Literally just trying to sell me something. The window wiper pitch yall also always do is obnoxious. No one, and I mean no one, replaces their wipers every 6 months, especially in this economy. I don’t care if your wipers are 15$ and free install. I’ll purchase Bosch wipers every 2-3 years and install them myself with minimal impact on wiper performance. It’s their job, they’re a business. I get it. However, I still can’t help that it drives me up a wall. I’ve been to other discount tires (Loveland) that haven’t been so pushy with their sales. I’d buy wipers from them just to spite this location lol.

They put my new Cross Climate 2s on my car and gave me such wonderful customer service during the process. I even got a nail in my tire the same week I got them installed and they patched the hole and made the situation feel easy. Highly recommend!

Got all 4 tires replaced along with my windshield wipers. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and did fast work, and they didn’t try to oversell. To get all 4 replaced, I was in and out within 20 minutes. 10 out of 10! I will continue to go to this Discount Tires for all my tire needs!

Went in on Jan 20th, 2026 to get four new tires on my 22 polestar 2. Upon on leaving the technician informed that one of the other technicians accidentally step on my bolt for my wheel and it snapped. This is why I love going to discount tire, they’re alway honest and do an amazing job.

It’s a discount store so you have to factor that in, it’s in the name. But two instances at the store has me looking elsewhere. The first was when I replaced both tires on the right side of the vehicle. Since it’s better to have similar tread depths on the same axis, I asked them to swap the front new tire onto the back so the back axis had the new tires. But because one of the back two tires was at 2/32 they wouldn’t swap because they don’t service below 3/32. I wasn’t asking to service, just to swap. They even agreed it’s better for the vehicle to have two new tires on back axis but “store policy” prohibits from doing what’s best for the vehicle and customer. The 2nd instance was replacing a tire where I said I’d keep and dispose of the tire myself. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they placed the old tires unprotected directly onto the back interior seats. Unreal. I have a blanket in the back and shocked they didn’t even wrap in plastic. This really makes me question coming back.
