Tim and Jan were wonderful to work with!! They are very thorough, knowledgeable and helped us immensely with the insurance process. They were very quick to respond to the initial damage to prevent further damage! From day one, the communication was wonderful, the work done is great, the honesty and dedication to the job was top notch! We highly recommend Des Moines Area Roofing to anyone needing any sort of work done! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us Tim and Jan!!

Tim and Jan did a great job of explaining and answering all our questions about the roofing process, before, during and after the job. They both continually made sure we were happy with how it was going during the roofing and after. The crew doing the job worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up after the roof was completed. Would highly recommend Des Moines Area Roofing.

They did a fantastic job replacing the roof at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Des Moines! Polite, hard-working crew and they clean up every day beautifully! Despite the steep pitch they were finished in just over 3 days. Great care was taken to never leave an area exposed overnight and the cost was very reasonable.

I chose Des Moines Area Roofers because of all of the fantastic reviews I read about them, and they definitely lived up to all of the praise they’ve received. Tim (owner), Jan (office manager), and Brandon (site manager) were all incredible to work with, and gave me multiple phone calls throughout the process to help with color selection, logistics, and to answer any questions I had. The crew was hard working, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up every bit of the old roof & nails from my yard. After installation Brandon did a site review to ensure I was happy with the job they did and made sure there were no nails or trash left behind. I would highly recommend using Des Moines Area Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof installed.
