Reserved a session in August for the first date available which was October 1st. They called me on my way to the appointment to tell me they're bout going to be offering the service anymore so they can't honor my appointment. Taking to the staff they made it sound like I had just made the appointment a few days ago instead of a month. They had all this time to cancel it and offer me something else but nope nothing. Not even poor customer service this is no customer service.

Every experience at Degree Wellness has been nothing but exceptional! The service is top tier with friendly faces that go out of their way to make sure I am treated timely and comfortable during the experience. The red infrared sauna is always clean, and makes me feel luxurious with the soft robes, and of course plenty of water for hydration. Thanks for making every experience a great one!

Had my first IV drip and it was amazing. I ended up doing the immunity and detox because I was feeling under the weather and the next day I felt so much better. Highly recommend for hydration as well!

The best self care wellness center in Jacksonville! ⭐️ Seriously, everything about Degree Wellness is top notch. From the welcoming staff to the many self-care treatments and everything in between make this place one of a kind. I’ve experienced the sauna, full body chryo, and dry float. What I really like is that each of the rooms has a poster that highlights the benefits of the therapy. Don’t look at this as a cost, but rather, an investment in you to become the best, healthiest version of you! Give them a visit and experience self care like you never have before.
