Emri Mor and Trevor Latimer were very professional, respectful, kind and easy to work with. They gave us valuable recommendations. We are very happy with our time spent getting a new roof with a lifetime warranty.

Cory and Ethan were very responsible, professional and informational about my roof. They gave a thorough inspection on my roof and attic. I didn’t realize my roof was in the condition it was and they explained everything clearly to me. They also helped me replace it for an affordable price at a great quality. I look forward to having my project installed!

It is with great regret I must provide a very poor rating for my experience with DaBella. The installation crew was excellent, but the account management team was, in a word, disreputable. Intentionally misleading communication, deceptive statements, and intentionally blocking my email messages with a spam blocker. (Yes, I have receipts!) I must call out the San Diego General Manager and the District Manager in particular for their cavalier attitude toward the timely completion of my project. It got to the point where I had to threaten reporting them to the California Contractors State License Board and engage directly with the manufacturer, GAF, before substantiative action was taken. The picture I've attached shows the solar tiles I discovered two days after installation was completed. They were left on the ground and when I inquired if they should have been installed, GAF said yes and DaBella said no. I kept this material in my garage until the General Manager came out to the house, inspected my solar installation, and told my wife and I that DaBella had actually installed more than what was specified. He said they wouldn't charge us any extra for the overage and would also refund $300 for unused plywood sheets. With that information, I gave him the material. The next week, GAF technicians came out to the house and told me the installation was short the exact number of solar tiles I had been keeping in my garage. When I raised this issue via email with DaBella, the General Manager responded by saying my situation was his "#1 priority". It was just after he sent the email that he blocked me using their Spamhaus blocker and the assigned project manager blocked me using Microsoft Outlook. I don't know if the plan had been to sell the uninstalled materials to their next customer, or if it was just incompetence and corruption. I don't know if this is a problem that exists only in the San Diego office, or if the entire company conducts their business in this way. What I do know is I raised the issue and gave them a chance to make it right, and they chose not to correct the situation until they were forced to change course by my escalation of the problem. I highly recommend GAF as a manufacturer of roofing and solar products, and they were instrumental in resolving this situation. However, I'm unable to recommend using DaBella as a construction contractor until they internally address the way in which their account management team treats their customers.

Danial and Connor were amazing and helpful with the process of getting my roof done for me. Laurence the canvasser was very helpful and October area donating to cancer is an amazing cause. Thank you so much for resolving my roof problems Update The roof looks amazing and I am very well pleased with this experience l. They did my project within weeks of signing up and the communication was on point. Love the work they have provided. Windows is next for me

Hayden and Ethan were super friendly and professional. Low pressure sales people and a quick, thorough roof inspection. I’m looking forward to the installation. Would do business with this company again.
